Ordered a pinata for my niece, and had a due date. The owner was so kind and professional. She was so patient with my family and I, and my niece loved the pinata! We ordered everything from her, including candy! Love this place!

This was the worst experience I could have had when ordering a piñata. They took payment in advance and assured me they could make what I had asked, which was a Minecraft character my small child had requested. They gave it to us UNFINISHED but didn’t say anything and I guess they hoped we wouldn’t notice. Once my husband got home with the terrible piñata they made, I immediately messaged the owner. I want to add that I provided a picture of what I wanted done and they said they could make it. Not only the piñata looked nothing like what I ordered, it had damage (looked like ripped paper) in one of the eyes, it wasn’t the right color nor the correct material. Once I messaged the owner about their subpar product, she tried to gaslight me saying that because I didn’t specify what material I wanted, then they did it that way. If you’re a serious piñata shop owner, you have to KNOW what material to use to make a piñata… so that was a poor attempt at flipping the tables and blaming me for their horrible product. The owner agreed to give me 20% back, which having paid almost $50 for a piñata, I then realized it wasn’t enough of a solution. I asked for a full refund. I also want to add here that the owner knew my child’s party was on Saturday, and she said she’d have the piñata ready the Friday evening right before the party, so by the time we picked up this mess of a piñata, we had zero time to try and find another one before the party. The owner wanted me to bring the piñata back to fix it or bring it back and she’d give me another one. Again, neither option worked for us because first of all, my child had requested this specific character and second of all, we had NO TIME. I told her I couldn’t physically drive back, wait for her to fix and make it back before the party. I offered to pay for her labor and asked to be refunded at least 50% because this was a terrible quality product and NOT what I ordered, and it looked UNFINISHED. She refused. She ignored my messages and then finally replied saying she wasn’t going to refund anything else. So I would steer clear of people who knowingly scam you out of your hard earned money and then produce a joke of a product. Them knowing this was for a small child makes it so much worse. Avoid them at all costs. The pictures speak for themselves. Picture on the left is what I ordered, the one on the right is what they gave me.

After looking at all the places in Austin we found Viva piñata online. Made a quick drive to San Antonio to find the most vibrant selection we'd ever seen Great selection, service and prices. Heading back soon

Located in the quiet corner of a shopping center. Viva Piñata had so many creative and fun Piñata’s to choose from. I picked out a pink cowgirl boot piñata and the employees helped me customize the boot as well. I appreciated the kind service I received from the young man and the young lady who helped me out! Definitely recommend Viva Piñata over the other competing Piñata places in the area.

Amazing pinatas and prices! My kids absolutely love their store, there is a varity of options to choose from and even if they dont have what you are looking for they can custom make it. 10/10 recommend, will definitely be coming again.

My son wanted a specific monster truck for a piñata, they had another color in the store but he wanted this one specifically. They made us a custom one based on what he wanted and took a picture of his car he brought with him. They did a great job and he loved it. This will be the 2nd piñata we have got here and they are a great local business to support. The prices are very reasonable compared to other stores we visited for this custom one he wanted.

What a fun place! Close to home and has many options for my girls. Wish I knew they were here 2 years ago. Highly recommend and the staff was super helpful.

I stopped by viva piñatas to check at what time they opened the following day. They were closed while I went but someone was nice enough to open the door and answer our questions, they even let us buy a Spiderman piñata! And the piñata was ONLY $35! Great customer service guys! Very happy and pleased!

They have the cutest piñatas and really good prices. I bought an Easter piñata for my nephew's and they loved it! Will continue to purchase piñatas from them. My sister also bought an Encanto piñata for my nephew's birthday party. They will also make a custom piñata for you work 2 weeks notice.

Bought a bugs bunny piñata.it was a good size for a good price.it was very strong and durable. All the kids were able to hit it several times. I recommend them and I will be shopping with them again.

Harry Potter was awesome! They had him ready for us in one day. Very reasonable and sturdy but not so sturdy the kids couldn't break him! Definitely buy from here again!
