Viva Powersports, El Paso TX

I was shopping around for a Honda trail, found one in las Cruces but didn't trust them, they were always fudging the truth and very pushy. I felt scammed so I moved on and found Viva. First off there was no pressure to buy, nor did they try to upgrade my purchase. Cameron was great, he listened to what I wanted and got me what I needed without issue. Sam, the manager, was very open and explained everything to us with simplicity and clarity. Super fast purchase with great customer service. EDIT: That bike has since been stolen, but I called up Viva, Sam and Cameron worked hard and got me another on order! Couldn't be happier, thanks guys!
Edit: When the plates came in, Cameron went above and beyond cutting into his lunch break to save me time.

I went into buy a triumph tiger 900 GT Pro. The sales person was extremely helpful and professional. Staff very friendly. I like that.

I called and the manager said bring it in. When I get there he kept looking for excuses not to work on the bike. Bad service! It had to be 4 weeks ago in the morning don't remember the date. I called and asked if I was able to bring in my bike for service and inspection. 99 v star. The guy kept saying his boss didn't want him to take on any "projects" then he said he would need a deposit and I said let's do it. After I said that, he said that he wasn't able to do it. I don't need to tell stories about my experience and I think I would know where I drove my motorcycle to. Unless there is another viva powersports on Magruder.

Took great care of my bike. Plus Had to leave town and they stored it a few extra days beyond what was needed for repairs. Will be back for sure!

Viva got me riding in a few hours these guys are fast and friendly definitely recommend going to see Mauricio and viva power sports if your just starting.

Mauricio is a great salesman knows his stuff. Went in there looking for a Can Am and got out with one. Really recommend the place. Whatever you all are looking for I’m sure they’ve got it. Thanks Mauricio.

None of the products have a price, you have to ask about everything and the employees are resting at their desks, they don't care if people buy or not.

The technicians do not do a full assessment of the watercraft before giving the estimate. They fix one part first to see if it fixes the problem. When there are other broken parts, they then identify more broken parts. By not doing a full assessment up front, they present a false and unrealistic estimate of cost to get the watercraft running. It’s completely unprofessional. I am thoroughly unpleased with the service. Go somewhere else if you want professional service.

All the employees I talk to over two months were very polite and helpful, Mauricio (I believe this is the correct name) was very helpful and attentative. He always answer my text massages and gave me good information. This is a great place to shop for anything motorcicly wise.

I've been reviewing and researching the BMW R18 for quite a while. Finally pulled the trigger on the TC. Easy purchase no hassle what so ever. Mauricio great at facilitating my purchase. The best thing about Viva is that you can go and browse and look at a range of power sports in comfort.
