Vivian Spa and Nail Bar, Harker Heights TX

I really hate to say this only because they getting busier and more people starting to go there and it’s harder to get in but Vivian’s deserves it. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Manager is always around, there are NO bad nail technicians in this salon. Have you heard of this? NO. I’ve been serviced by multiple at this point and they are all practiced and beyond skill full. My last technician was Nancy and I love her! I’m very picky and detail oriented. I want quality over what I pay, can you blame me? She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. She was awesome, polite, kind and courteous. They all are! This was my design from yesterday. Please feel free safe and comfortable to go to any tech, they are all experienced and worth coming to/paying for. (p.s. To all the other negative comments for getting the best outcome STOP MOVING YOUR HAND while they are working on your nails and help them hold your hands. The more you move your hand to look at what they are doing the more you are messing up their work!)

Bella did my nails. She gives the best pedicure. She is one of the best. My experience wad spectacular

Kind of disappointed! I called ahead said it’s my wedding pedicure and wanted a nice experience. They said it will be good and the girl did okay but it was rushed and I paid for the most expensive one and it was a waste of money literally writing this in the chair right now because it’s kind of disappointing

I know my feet and nails will be done right. I'm not sure if it's the brands they use, but my polish, gels, and acrylics always last a really long time when I come here. My nails grow fast, unfortunately, but I still get many compliments well after it's time for me to get fills. Customer service is pretty decent here too.

I went to get a “fix”. The first time I went I did not have an issue. But when I went back to the same tech I felt my cuticles burning. She was kinda harsh with my hands and seem mad to have to fix her mess up. After I looked at my cuticles I noticed she used the drill to close and were cut. She didn’t even file my nails to fix the shape. They even wanted to charge me for having to fix my nails. In the past experience the tech broke my nail and still tried to put poliner on.

The host was so awesome. He was so tentative to all the clients while they wait on their tech. I accidentally popped my trunk on my car he noticed and informed me, then went to close it for me. That was nice

Great nail and toenails…and the staff are nice and they have margaritas and fresh fruit …GOOD fruit! Love them!

They are hit or miss on manicures and pedicures. Some of them do a really great job and some of them are there to do it and get it over with and it really shows when you see the results whether it’s your feet or nails. I would rather wait for someone who actually is there to do a good job than just giving me someone because everyone else is busy and now my results are poor.

Never disappointed. They take their time, even when busy, and I’m always placed in a chair quickly. Love coming here

David did such an amazing job on my acrylic full set on my hands! (Went on Monday/Tuesday)

But FLOWERRRR? ! This is the second time I went and it’s TERRIBLE! This isn’t even an acrylic set or square they’re like short and rounded! She doesn’t even listen!
So I won’t return for the pedicures

The pink set is how they were done short as hell and round and asked for acrylic and it isn’t even acrylic

Nancy was so kind and welcoming! They treated my 6 year old and I so well, giving us drinks and fruit and overall went above and beyond in service. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for my beautiful nails and your awesome service!

The service is great. Every time i have the same woman Kim who does a very good job on my feet. I love this place.

1st pedicure for me. Went with my gf treated her for her birthday she got a manicure. Very nice polite people. Very enjoyable.

Very strong smell inside, they need a air filter running at all times maybe 3or4! Besides the strong smell it's a very cute place and clean!

Wonderful staff. My nails always look good no matter who does them (I am very picky). I won't go anywhere else.

The customer service was really good, the staff there was so nice and amazing and they take the time to take care of their customers. The atmosphere in there is so welcoming and comfortable too.
