The cutest spa, 10/10 would recommend the best massage and facial. And the reception and massage therapist were super friendly

Massage is good, but their customer service is not great. Plus, they only have a waiting room, not a full spa experience. For the price of the massage, I'd rather spend the day at the Crescent or Joule nearby.

10 out of 10. Got a couples massage because my wife was asking for one. Now I’m already thinking about when I can go back. Maricela was the best massage I’ve ever had. Not to mention the exceptional hospitality at the front desk.

A true boutique spa experience! My partner and I visited Vivian’s on Sunday and it was truly one of the best massages we’ve had in a very long time.
From start to finish it was a pleasure. From the kind front desk staff who were accommodating to re-scheduling/ our working schedules, to the masseuses’ who were so knowledgeable and applied firm pressure! We were given an option of tea or champagne in the relaxing room before + after our massage. Even though we were the last appointment, the staff let us take our time with checking out.

My masseuse spoke to me after my massage (she is a nursing student - Laura) to tell me about what I can work on in terms of posture/ knots in my everyday life. I really appreciated this as she really knew what she was talking about. Thank you. She also played music throughout the massage and lit candles. My partner had Jolene and she was great. He mentioned that she released most of his knots as a dentist (which is a compliment in itself).

Overall, I would highly recommend this beautiful spa as a gift, couples massage, or even for yourself.

Used our Dallasites 101 date night book to book a couples massage. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Massage was very good despite only being 60 mins.

Would go back for another appointment and have recommended to several people at this point!

I have come here several times to enjoy a fun, trendy, themed, spa experience and had nothing but 5 star experiences. But my most recent visit, I came for high stress tension in my neck and shoulders. I was very uncomfortable even holding my head up and moving side to side. I was wanting more of a medical/stress reliever massage… and that’s exactly what I got. I went for the Swedish Massage this time and it delivered. I walked out feeling like a new person. Jolene was amazing. Although I have had great experiences with all the lovely ladies. I could not recommend Vivian Spa more. This place can do it all!

Boasts luxurious facilities that are well-maintained and clean. Everything from the comfortable treatment rooms to the serene relaxation areas is designed for maximum comfort.

It’s a small facility without sauna or shower rooms. The massage itself was okay, I wouldn’t say it’s WOW. For the same price, there are spas with better facilities. The space felt safe and clean.

Amazing spa! Great service! One of my favorite places. I went for a facial with Joanne and she is fantastic! Made great recommendations and I could see improvements immediately after. Their products are incredible. Recommend! Will be back.

I went to Vivian’s after hearing nothing but positive reviews, and W. O. W! It was the most relaxing, recharging spa experience I’ve ever had. The front desk was warm, and welcoming, the lounge was inviting and the technicians were incredible! The robes they give you to wear are so soft and cozy. I got the perfectly pampered package which included an hour facial and an hour massage. It was everything I could have hoped for and more, I’ll be back!

Vivian’s was an extremely sweet date experience for my wife and I. We were very spoiled with a luxury experience. All our requests were very politely and quickly attended to and we both left feeling extremely refreshed and rested.

Moved to the area a few months ago and tried this place for the first time last week. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They offer mimosas while you wait. My massage was among the best I’ve had. It smells amazing inside. I can’t wait to try more services!

This has become one of my new favorite places to be pampered. So far I’ve had a massage and a facial. Both services were top tier! My massage was relaxing and effective for all the knots I had in my shoulder. A couple of months back I got a facial and a foot treatment and the woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a ton of tips for my complexion. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. The vibe is a little farmhouse chic. The mimosas are nothing to complain about. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Got my wife a massage here for the second year in a row for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it!

My husband and I came in for a couples massage while celebrating our honeymoon. We were given mimosas when we arrived but I couldn’t finish mine and we were escorted back fairly quickly for our massages (not a bad thing, but the mimosa was really good and I wish I finished it!) The couples massage was very nice, my masseur was great at getting all the spots I mentioned. My husband fell asleep during his and he said it was very relaxing so I know he enjoyed it as well lol. Our only complaint was there was some kind of alarm that went off a couple of times. Based on the timing of it it seemed like it was an alarm for the halfway mark and the final couple minutes of the massage. I don’t mind the reminders necessarily, but I wish it hadn’t been an alarm that just started beeping and kept going until someone could stop it. We were there to relax and we definitely did relax, but the alarm going off kind of took us out of our serene place and kind of startled us actually the first time it went off. Other than that, service was great and it’s a very cute boutique spa!
