Honestly terrible, the laundromat has no working washers or dryers, the big dumpster sits there filled with trash for days, there was a dead dog on the sidewalk for FOUR days and a man who shot someone (the man who got shot also lived here) still lives here

Would give zero stars Stephenie the property manager is in no way empathetic towards any of her residents. She needs to be thrown away as a person & property manager.

Amazing customer service, Stephanie goes above and behind to help keep vivid looking good and clean just renewed my lease happily.

We're living here for 3 years. Until Stephanie Hernandez became property manager. That witch will say and do anything to screw any resident over as along as it's making her look good. Trust me this is not where you want to be paying a lot for water and rent when this apartment complex are very old and has major cold water issues.

Really disappointment in the run around that the office staff Stephanie was giving me. I explained to the Krisit (management) my situation and they said the are a 2nd hand property that help out in any situation with an extra move in fee. I was brutally honest about my past and my broken lease that is being worked on and being removed by a credit repair. I explained that I was spending money on app and admin fees elsewhere and got denied at another apartment. Krisit told me I would be paying only $50. Then Stephanie is asking for the $50 and then another $150. (I paid) I waited a whole week for a background check. Then Stephanie texted me that my background was waiting for future approval, then she asked me for deposit ($150) as if I got the apartment. A few minutes later she called and said I was denied. It is crazy and uncalled for them to be asking for money when I was told I was only going to spend $50 with Kristi in the first place. This apartment complex needs to get it together and train somemore. There images on the website are false advertising as well because the apartments look NOTHING like the images and videos you see. They are ran down and overall disgusting and there is a smell of cigarette smoke inside. Overall rate is 0 stars. Do not waste your time with people that have no trainning. DO NOT move here. Drive by before you think about putting an application and before you waste your money with people that do not know how to advertise their property.

I been living here for a year. Just did lease renewal. This is a great place to live. Stephanie the manager does a great job with everything and G is quick to respond to maintenance issues when needed. The grounds of the apartments are kept up and are very clean. Pool is always clean. These apartments are an amazing place to live. It is very quiet, safe and peaceful. My family loves it here @ Vivid Apts

Currently am a resident and soo far I love these apartments:) I have had a leak underneath my sink and as soon as I reported it, a work order was put in and it was immediately worked on. I had a wasp nest on my balcony and as soon as I reported that as well maintenance came and took it down. I talked to neighbors around my building and they told me as well that they love thee neighborhood.

The office staff is very professional. Stephanie was a lot of help for me she and the other staff Jeronimo was also helpful to me thank you for your assistance. I really appreciate you'll.

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. Hats off to Geronimo who did an awesome job on our bathroom. Thank you Geronimo. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean.

Staff here is always so nice. Manager Stephanie is professional and so nice. Maintenance guy Geronimo always happy and in a cheerful mood! I feel so bad for always reaching out to have him fix my minor stuff, but he gets them done in no time and without complaining. I've never seen maintenance always so busy and not just standing around doing nothing like at other properties I have stayed at, that never fixed my issues and were completely rude when expressing concerns.

We loved the location. It was infested with roaches. We had to use special roach pesticide, expensive, to kind of control it. Didn’t get rid of the roaches completely. The apartment was run down. Floors were ugly. Bathroom was unbelievably nasty, it was stained from years of uncleanliness and imposible to make it look clean. The bathtub was painted over and the paint was coming off, same for the sink. The toilet pressure was extremely weak. For about a month there was no hot water, it was winter time and no hot water to shower. Somehow they managed to fix the hot water issue after a couple of attempts. The place is being rented to noisy young fellows and they, in the middle of the night, revved their engines. Their rap music was played very loud every day and could not have a quiet supper or watch tv comfortably because of the loudness of the rap music. The maintenance people always tried their best, and so did the manager. I hope things can get squared away for the benefit of the new tenants. I know they’re working on it diligently. The other issue worth mentioning is the exposure to vandalism. The first night I moved in my vehicle was vandalized and it was a borrowed vehicle. Best of luck to everyone and I really appreciate the good disposition of the manager and maintenance guys. They were the highlight of our stay.

This place is horrible. A short heavy set woman was really rude when I was asking basic questions about the apartment. Very unprofessional and rude I don't recommend this place for anyone. If I could I would give 0 stars

These apartments are really nice with a quiet environment and friendly neighbors! I would highly recommend these apartments especially with the deals they got going on right now! The maintenance is always staying busy with work—never a time when I don’t see him working. The leasing agent is wonderful, very polite and always with a smile when I walk in—ready to help residents with whatever they need. Overall, the apartment complex is clean, friendly, quiet and have great consistent employees! Now’s a good time to move into Vivid and get yourself a new apartment!

Front Staff, seems like they never answer the phone and do not return messages. Like cold water? Good because the boilers seem to "go out" for up to 3 days straight here. Want to see a dirty old man exposing himself? Head on into the back to Bldg 8 and hang out in the parking lot and he'll come out on his balcony and dingle it at you. Just a straight up dump that overcharges and under delivers. I feel bad for the residents who have to live in places like this and don't have other options.
