After providing all standard info required to get a quote and bind, per their email solicitation, they repeatedly requested my info as it appears on my Social Security card; my articles of corporation, etc.and when I called, no one couldn't provide any reason why they needed this info-or the TX Dept of Insurance Licensing number-or the name of the broker they are working under-I spoke to 3 different people, went on the telephone merry-go-round and still was not provided with the requested license or bonding info, broker name, etc. This is highly suspect and was compounded by the fact that the email syntax is bad and the fact that English was a secondary language spoken by those who spoke to me, Tread carefully.
