Hey! So, I recently visited this amazing car dealership in Richardson. Let me tell you, it was top-notch! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and they had a great selection of cars. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the whole buying process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a ride!

Sadly I had to give a star. My experience was the worst nog only did Vmax not like my honest review abt the vehicle I purchased. They refused to help unless I removed it. After $8000 down I was reversing out the lot when i was stopped and my jeep immediately had to go in to the shop. Cracked radiator. Should of been the first red flag. Since day #3 I had problems but the dealership did look at it and send it bk w 50 miles left until the extended warranty kicked and on the 14th day! So it was out of their hands. Oh yeah dont get the extended warranty! It covered nothing I needed repaired n my vehicle has been in the shop /broke down more days than it's ran. Also Anany said thos and I quote " we do not actually do 100 point inspections, we drive it around the block, detail it very good take pics and post online and by the weekend they are sold. " Had their mechanics done any inspection or looked under the hood they could of caught the wiring rig job that was done by them. I spoke to the previous owner of my vehicle and the blame was put on him by Vmax.i have pics and videos the 3rd day after purchasing it that clearly shows a wire running from the ecm to the fuse box. The ECM was fried and bypassed w a constant hot wire making my vehicle short out when I hit a puddle or just die while driving down the highway at 70 mph w my kids in the backseat. To this day Vmax has yet to answer to my previous post. There were two cars that were pos sold on that day. I met the other family at the shop where both of our cars were being repaired after 15k cash paid and $8000 down payment from me. And i still never received the payment for the tow truck that we agreed would be split! Bc their tow truck nvr showed up on the day they said it would I got one myself and they decided they weren't going to pay their portion. I sat all day waiting on their tow truck w no call from anyone telling me it wasn't going to show up. So I took it upo. Myself to get one since there was some issue w keeping their word. This was the worst purchase of My life and the audacity to refuse to help me 3 days after buying it bc of a honest review floored me. I will keep reposting. As of today my vehicle is not running hadn't been for months I gave every dollar i had and can't afford yet again another mechanic repair. Google is just the beginning of my mission. Hands down the biggest n only regret I have was buying my vehicle thru here!
