I’ve been a repeat customer but my last few techs are either aggressive with filing cuticles and nail walls or not painting nails evenly. This time I had to ask the tech to repaint 4 nails that she didn’t paint completely, so she painted over the clear and now they’re layered and not shiny like I’m used to, and there are bubbles from rushing. Not to mention the younger girl that usually is at the front counter lied to me about my last visits saying she checked me in for points but during this visit i had zero points despite the amount of times I’ve got mani/pedi’s and tipped very well with cash. Such a shame because the pedi’s are usually great.

I enjoy the staff at VMC Spa because they are friendly and courteous. I've gone to VMC twice without an appointment and was still given prompt attention and great service. I really appreciate them for that.

I’ve been to VMC about 6 times since I moved to the area. Every time, they have burned my nail beds while using the nail drill at high speeds, rubbing the sander back and forth over the same spot. Hurt a lot but there aren’t a lot of nail salons in the area so I kept going back. This last visit, I was getting my nails done for an event. I asked for rounded square acrylic and ended up getting some version of a coffin nail where the tips were glued on at a 45° angle pointing up, snagging on everything. I liked the color but the angle and shape of the nails made me feel like a goblin. I went back the next day to explain that I wasn’t happy with the way the nails looked and wanted them redone because I had an event that weekend. After waiting 30 minutes, I was escorted back and a mail tech sanded off the acrylic nails (burning my already sensitive nail beds again) and then said, “all done” and walked me to the door. I was so confused that I just left without a refund or a new set of nails. Paid $50 to feel like a goblin for less than 24 hours and now my nails are SO sensitive I’ve scared to get them redone somewhere until they grow out. Will not be going back.

First time coming here and my nails are cute she did what I asked of her. Staff are friendly and informing. I’ll be back here soon.

Best nail salon by far. Even my regular nail polish lasts weeks. Recommend to anyone looking to get pampered.

Prices online do not match and they charge whatever they want. I have always done acrylics and they last even 4 weeks without chipping or breaking (obviously just needing a refill). With this place they lasted only 1 week and I had lost 2 nails and had 3 other ones chipped. Would not recommend this place at all.

The only reason I did not give this place one star is because the lady did go through multiple colors to try and find the right color that I wanted. Other than that, I would definitely NOT recommend. For one, multiple of the staff were sick and coughing everywhere but proceeded to takeoff their mask while walking around the store. It took an hour just to find the color that I wanted and still did not get the color I wanted. I had found the color originally but they brought out the powder and it wasn’t the color and they seemed confused. All of my nails are uneven and the shaping was supposed to be a ballerina and as you can see looks like a kindergartener did it. I also got a pedicure and it was good, but the lady let me leave right after she was done without telling me that it was not fully dry and I got in my car and they messed up.

Came here while visiting from out of town and was absolutely satisfied and happy with the people I had working on my nails and trusted them all the way and they were all so friendly! I had fun getting everything done here with my sister who was a bride to be definitely recommend you go with this place for any special occasions!

The milk and honey pedicure is the best. My nails look amazing and my nail tech was fantastic!

I have been seeing Christy for my acrylic nails for several years. She is fantastic. She is great at suggesting nail colors and designs that work perfectly with my skin. Everyone there is very kind and welcoming. Highly reccommend!

My first visit and was very pleased with the service. I certainly intend to return and would recommend them to others.
