Was referred by a colleague and definitely not regrettable. Traveled from Fort Worth to Houston and everything was exceptional bus was Clean, luxurious and relaxing. The driver was excellent and the attendant was incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely be using Vonlane if I have to travel around Texas again.

Had great experiences on this bus service traveling from FTW-AUS frequently. Five star services, comfortable seats and is not crowded at all. The food and drinks are great, as well as the bus attendants service. VonLane will always take care of your travel needs, and get you from place to place in a timely manner. I would consider taking vonlane over flying any day. It is cheaper and luxurious.

Amazing! Better than flying. No stress. Bus pristine clean and spacious. Service super friendly. Travel from Dallas to Austin.on time to leave and arrive. I will give 10 stars if I could.

Relaxing, more amenities offered (meals, snacks, beverages), personalized services, Wi-Fi access, movies or regular TV, satellite radio to plug in your headphones (or borrow a set from Vonlane, big comfy roomy reclining seats, plenty of leg room, a conference area with a table for a working trip is available, shades to pull down if you want to nap or lift up to enjoy the view of the land, clean, and a much better alternative to flying! Quick to board and deboard. No TSA hassle. No waiting to check or pick up luggage. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO TIP THE DRIVER AND BUS ATTENDANT! They are allowed to accept tips, they cannot ask for tips, but they sure the heck deserve tips!

Just traveled with Vonlaine yesterday Dallas 10AM to Austin 115PM. Their buses are super clean and cleaned while we are rolling. Everyone wore a mask and drinks and food were served without touch. Much better than Southwest any day and cheaper! Seat is a 1st class seat and very comfortable.

We have ridden with Vonlane many times from Dallas to Austin and back. Just returned from another visit to Austin and I can’t say enough good things. As always it was clean, there were plenty of snacks and drinks and our attendant, Cheyenne, was friendly and provided exceptional service throughout the trip.

Left Dallas at 6am and made it to moody gardens in Galveston at 11 after waiting for 20 mins for our rental car. I got more work done on the bus than I ever could have at my office (lack of distractions). Service was amazing!

Only negative was that there was a little but too much water in the toilet. I was afraid it would splash up on my work pants with a slight bump in the road. Decrease the volume of water in the toilet, and id give it a 6/5 stars!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I love Vonlane Luxury Bus. Well, worth the money. I travel on Vonlane quite frequently. The driver's are very nice, friendly, prompt, professional and excellent drivers. Brianna (bus attendant) is the BEST. She is very professional, attentive, nice, friendly, and assertive. I just love her. Keep up the good work Brianna. We have to go to Houston often to take care of our older mother, the bus always on time the people are always kind pleasant and very courteous there is nothing but great thing to say about this company, the price is more than reasonable and the ride is extremely convertiable and pleasant.

Vonlane is awesome! I always take the busses back and forth from Austin. Especially after using Greyhound, Vonlane is a much nicer alternative at a great cost. With work-tables, free (decent) wifi, free snacks, and drinks, Vonlane is well suited for any rider looking for a quick safe transportation option.

Great experience. Vonlane helped to change my ticket easily to a later bus as well, with no additional cost. This helped us be flexible with doctors visits and other items.

Great way to travel, use the service from Dallas to Houston, I no longer fly. I am a business traveler, one point to note, do not count on the meals they are terrible. Note to Vonlane management just change the way you manage meals ask people to pay extra when they buy their ticket if they want to eat so you can put something out there that is worth eating

What a better way to go for a short hop. Nice alternative to the airline beat-down. Reasonably priced with first class leather seats and great drinks/food/snacks and service. Large comfortable bathroom too.

I would give less than 1star if I could. A person is spending $100.00 for a ride from houston to dallas and they dont even make an anoouncement for the pick up. A paasenger is responsible to catch the bus. If you miss it you miss your $100.00 no refund at all.ridiculous! On top of that no clear indication inside the Hyatt regency where the bus will pick up passengers!

I am absolutely thrilled with this transportation. Mary, our attendant is so friendly and so hospitable. The ride is comfortable and roomy. Wow I cannot say enough about this ride from Dallas to Houston. I am so happy my colleague told me about your company.

Vonlane tried hard to say I was too loud. Laughing about this with other guests, no louder than others as regular discussions were all around. All the server could talk about was how poorly they were paid and needed cash subsidies for tips to several patrons. Entrepreneurship in action host served spiked drinks to those who provided tips. Yeah, no doubt no one wants to listen to others on a call. I hate it as well. There were enough group conversations around for this not to be a problem.
NEVER had this problem before but there was an incentive. Maybe Vonlane should pay their staff a bit more so they didn't have to resort to this level of client interaction. This was my first and only time trying this service.there are other ways and providers. Surely this was an isolated case, most will never experience this I am sure, yet Vonlane management is a joke tying to justify actions without being present. You decide, experience it for yourself.
