Voyage Medical Solutions, Longview TX

I’ve never written a review for anything before. I’m not really a review guy. However, for those who have not had a great experience at Voyage, I’m sorry it wasn’t up to par for you but I had an absolutely amazing experience there! After a wreck, I learned I had a fractured left ankle. The orthopedic surgeon I saw recommended a boot (one of the bulky ones that goes halfway up the leg) but the nature of my job just wouldn’t allow it. He then suggested I see Colton at Voyage for a newer style of boot that straps around my steel-toed boots and is relatively concealed so I could continue my occupational duties. Colton was very polite and flexible with my schedule to meet with me for a fitting. When I arrived, I waited a maximum of 5 minutes before he came to greet me. We went to the back, unpackaged the boot, strapped it on and it was a perfect fit. He showed me how to adjust it, how to make it more comfortable and how to set it up for different needs of sturdiness and mobility. I walked out wearing it having only spent about 15 minutes from the time I walked in until the time I walked out and went back to work happily wearing the new ankle boot. The staff was polite, the service was fast, the establishment was clean and professional and the whole experience was enjoyable. It was perfect for someone like me and I’d recommend it to any of my friends or co-workers. Thanks again to Colton and his staff for doing such an awesome job!

The only reason this place is open is because of people that have medical insurance otherwise people that run this place really do not have any concept of how to fit anybody for anything and they have special cheap products for people without insurance and they have the better ones for the ones that have insurance and they triple bill you they truly provide no more extra Services than your own Common Sense can provide and you can find better priced and better quality stuff online

Very unprofessional, what a joke of a business. They deal with fraud and abuse. Take your business elsewhere!
