Vp's service should be manager Richard, took a hold of my bad situation to fix others bad work. Very satisfied now, after mechanic Brian took the time to seek my approval on his completed work. I will be bringing my truck back for their professionalism.

They don't maintain their vehicles on the lot prior to purchase as stated, even though it says in their system when it was last maintained.that's a lie. Only had the vehicle 2 weeks and I've already had to change the oil and oil filter. Well I be reimbursed? Probably not. Then after trying to contact their service department, I get no answer or call back after 2 weeks and even then still nothing. I guess they're waiting on the warranty to expire. You've been warned.

SO I RELAY THIS MESSAGE TO JUANA SHE IS A SPITEFUL INSENSITIVE A B-G ASS LIAR SHE STARTED LIKE SHE WAS GOING TO FINISH WHAT GILL PROMISED THAN GIVE ME A BIG LAME ASS EXCUSE HE IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY WHICH THAT IS NOT MY FAULT OR PROBLEM! MAYBE HE ACTUALLY CARED AND SAW ALL THESE SNAKES EVERYWHERE HAD TO BOUNCE SO THAT DANGEROUS VENOM WOULDN'T COME NEAR HIM! HE ALWAYS REMAINED VERY PROFESSIONAL NEVER DISRESPECTED ME LIKE JUANA SHE HAS A SMART ASS MOUTH AND WHEN YOU GET ON HER LEVEL SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO BE SPITEFUL AND GO OVER EVERYONE'S HEAD TO TRY TO PAY YOU BACK FOR STANDING UP FOR YOURSELF! TRUE STORY SHE LIED TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND I COULDN'T PAY OUT MY REPAIR FEES AND I HAD MEDICAL CONDITION AND DID THEY CARE HELL NO! AND SHE IS A WOMAN I GUESS IF YOU THINK HAVING A FOUL MOUTHED PERSON TO WORK AND REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY YOU GUYS MUST BE VERY DESPERATE OR HEARTLESS YOURSELF! THEY ARE EXPECTING ME TO PAY FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER AND YES THERE GOING TO SAY YOU DIDN'T TAKE THE ITEMS OUT THE CAR! THEY GAVE THE FINANCE TEAM AN ESTIMATE WHICH WAS ABOUT 500.00 TO FIX THE MOTOR MOUNT THEY COULDN'T WORK ON THE CAR UNTIL THEY GOT APPROVAL WHICH NOW THE COMPANY HAS AMNESIA AND DON'T WANT TO FINISH THERE JOB WHICH I FEEL BECAUSE I'M A FEMALE HELL MAYBE BLACK NOT FOR SURE! THEY WON'T TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER BUT IF YOUR ONE DAY LATE THEY ARE QUICK TO CALL YOU! It's SO FUNNY. I' WORK IN COLLECTIONS AS WELL AND I KNOW THE SCARE TACTICS AND IT KILLS ME WHEN THEY HAVE TO LIE AND TRY TO DECEIVE SOMEONE THAT IS TOTALLY AWARE OF THINGS! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THESE PEOPLE COULD SLEEP AT NIGHT DOING PEOPLE WRONG AND NOT STANDING BY THEIR WORD AND I KNOW THEY WOULD BE HIGHLY UPSET IF SOMEONE DONE THEIR FAMILY GRANDMOTHER, MOTHER, SISTER, AND DAUGHTER! ******_RESPONSE TO THIS BULL****! LIES LIES LIES LIES YOU STILL TELL I MOST DEFINITELY AWARE ABOUT NORMAL MAINTENANCE BUT WHEN YOU JUST PURCHASE A CAR AND YOU HAVE ALREADY POINTED OUT THE PROBLEMS RIGHT WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE CAR AND WHEN YOUR PROMISED BY COMPANY YOU WILL FIX IT THIS REVIEW WILL NEVER BEEN POSTED YOU ONLY TIRED TO TAKE MY MONEY FOR REPAIRS YOU GUYS SHOULD HAVE FIXED SINCE I JUST PURCHASE THE CAR! SO PLEASE STOP THE LIES LIES LIES YOU KEEP TELLING CALL KEVIN FOR WHAT! ALL HE IS GOING TO SAY FOR THE 50TH TIME (HIS HANDS ARE TIED!) BECAUSE JUANA WENT OVER HIS HEAD AND HE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO DO ANYTHING! SO WHY IN THE HELL YOU ASK ME TO CALL FOR NO RESOLUTION! FIX THE ITEMS ON THE CAR THAT WAS ALREADY BROKE ON THE CAR AND THAT WOULD BE MY RESOLUTION WITHOUT USING MY MONEY!

I already bought one vehicle from VP, my fiance bought his truck fin them now I'm back buying another one. They are great to work with if your looking for a ride, highly recommend them.

I love these guys, I viewed cars online and left my contact information. I was contacted and interviewed by finance person over the phone. I was approved and was told to come in and choose a vehicle, of course I was skeptical being told this before and you get there and they are TRYING to get you finance. Well got here and signed documents and chose a car FOR REAL.they even sent a Uber to pick me up. AWESOME VP JUST AWESOME.

Got pre approved before I came in which made the whole process really easy. Low down payment and everyone was great! Very friendly and great cars i love that they have warrantees also. Clay Johnson was my salesman and he took great care of me and explained everything so i could understand it. I told him my needs and he got me into the perfect vehicle!
