The Staff there are rude. Some coworkers act like their high in power some say there was ranking amoung them. The manager would talk to others about non-work related things.
When I was assigned to a company the manager would assign me different jobs and the her and the coworkers tell me I'm to slow even though it was my 2nd-3rd day working at this company I was doing everything right but I get a call saying I was released for not following directions.they Lied.

Very unsatisfied with the work they send me and my husband too. Erica is very UNPROFESSIONAL. They send us too Northern Tools in Arlington very UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO ONE OF THEY JOB SITES. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I think they get paid just by getting all your info. Called before I went in to see if they had jobs available & she said yes when I got there she only pull up one job that I couldn't work. A waste of time but keep it up pretty soon won't nobody be walking up in there u gone wish you had people walking in lazy mf.

I really wish VSSI would inform their candidates that they are on the West side of the building and not the North side.

Called the office line to follow up my application.alady picks my call and tranfers me to another desk where im told there is a phone packing of phone job.i went to the office 20 mins later.they took all my details drivers licence ss, dob only to be told they dont know who m i talked to and the position is not a vailable! This place is awaste of valuable time waste of gas.it sucks! If wanna waste your time then this is the best place to be!

Amazing people. So kind and so eager to help. Cirita and Twon have found me really great jobs.one of those jobs i was at for 4 years. And they just got me another the first day i walked in. Its great pay and im extremely happy with where i was placed.im going to make a career out of it. Thank you vssi.

Went to apply for a listed CL position just posted a few hours prior. Everyone there is rude and just cant be bothered until they all have their smoke breaks. I waited for 20 mins and an Asian guy walked in and said he is ready for me, i noticed nobody walked out by anyways, he said i wasn't completely in the system and it is not his job to do this, it's the front desk persons and she went to lunch and said come back tomorrow. I did not go back the next day, instead i contacted by same asian guy and was asked to go and interview at a job with another woman who was the site rep. It was not what i applied for but i went anyways. I made my appointment but the woman was not there and said shes 15 min out. I waited, and when she got there all she really talked about was herself and offered me a lower paying position but i had to go back to the original place and complete my process cause she saw my paperwork is not completely in the system and its not her job to data entry. Wasted my time thoroughly. Stay away from this place, go directly to an employer, or a different staffing agency that does their job.

It's a good staffing agency. I worked for the company they sent me to for about a week. But their stupid policy of paying minimum wage if you don't give 5 days notice is absurd

Tried to get a job as a forklift driver posted 1 day before. Had me come in to fill a background check. After i left the office happy knowing i may get a position that best suits my skills. The bext day i called. And the lady said the job was filled.she did previously imform me the day before there were about 12 slots open. So i guess the slots were filled in less than 24 houra. Now that is indeed incredible. 5 stars to that.anywho.i kept calling in for job oppurtunities and said id be called back several times.today was my final attempt. I called and they said due to the fact you were a no call no show at a previous job it was understandable.but theb again i had a doctors note for my absence and they not bother to care i assume. So after 1 in a half weeks trying to give them my work ethic and skills. They tell me this at the last minute? Very unprofessional.i believe the youbg lady Kimberly may have some sort of medical condition as she seems to forget the people she speaks to over the phone or in person. Save yourself the long wait and apply directly with a company. These guys already gave other branches a bad name.

The reason I gave VSSI LLC a one star rating was due to your recruiter failing to return my property from commscope. I turned in company property due to obtaining a better job. I was even told that I would be given my property back but that was false. I think the recruiter took things too personal and decided to discard my property since i never received my property back. Also I received from 1095-C stating that i paid for health insurance that I declined. I will be going to corporate to get this corrected.

I was assigned to a job that wasnt fully explained to me and started the next day. I have a bad back and realized that heavy lifting was all this job was. I respectfully explained I wasnt going to be able to do the job and asked for their help to place me somewhere without heavy lifting. They told me to turn in my badge and that I was no longer eligible to use their staffing agency, on top of only being paid minimum wage for my hours worked instead of the 10.50 that the position paid.

I really wish they would hire new receptionists. These ladies are ALWAYS so rude for absolutely no reason. Every interaction I've had with them has consisted of them being curt and cutting me off while I'm talking.

I called interested in a position and was told to go to the office. The application process was simple and quick. I had an interview the next day and was placed in the position the following week. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Great place with great opportunities. Sarita has been awesome!

Nothing like I thought it would be. The hiring process was super easy. However, if you are offered a job with them READ EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER YOU SIGN. They do not go over any of this paperwork with you and if you are unhappy with the place you work for and quit without giving them 5 days notice they will only pay you minimum wage. When I told the recruiter I wanted to quit she sent me back a copy of this paper I signed saying that. If I was ever vocally told this info I would've planned accordingly. Even funnier when she sent me an email with that paper she said any questions to let her know.when I asked a question did she reply back? Of course not. Sneaky sneaky! I would stay away from this place

Great place to work for. When you go though you'll think they're kind of mean but they're not. They're cool people. Will get you a job. I've been at my job (old castle) for 4 months now and i love it. Just got hired on full time. I'll be here for a long time.
