Vue Castle Hills, Lewisville TX

I lived and rented in different countries and states and by far the worst experience ever. The complex and unit was full of cockroaches. The management especially some whose name i remember was Kate, was unreasonable and a notorious theif. This company will take advantage of you and try to rob in any chance possible.no mercy at all! I really regret coming renting with them.

I just moved out in July and I was so sad to leave. I lived here from September 2021 to July 2023. It was truly the best time! I can’t say enough great things about my time here. The location was perfect, being a few minutes from Kroger, Target, Walmart, Chick-fil-A, and OrangeTheory to name a few. I only ever needed one maintenance request and they helped same day. When I was out of town for an extended period of time, and there were extreme temperatures, I could call the front office and they would have the maintenance team adjust my thermostat for me. Katie (Account Manager) is wonderful as well. I loved my apartment and it felt like home. I never felt unsafe, which was a priority for me when looking for an apartment. The apartments are great quality from the granite countertops, to the wood floors, and the pretty backsplash in the kitchen.

My original lease was a 13-month lease, and when it came time to renew, my new 12-month lease would be raised by $250 monthly. I tried to negotiate but unfortunately couldn't get the price lower. I loved Vue Castle Hills so much that I decided to stay, but signing a 9-month lease. Unfortunately when renewal time came up again, a 12-month lease was going to be even more than my 9-month lease ($400/month more than my original lease), so I made the difficult decision to leave my apartment and purchase a house. But I highly recommend Vue Castle Hills as a temporary home!

I’m a current tenant and have been here 5 years. I’m extremely disappointed in the way things have gone drastically downhill. It’s appalling! It’s to the point, it’s embarrassing to have anyone visit me it’s maintained horribly. There are infestations of roaches. I make complaints. No one EVER calls back. You never get answer when you call office. You send emails, get no replies. I’m beyond fed up. Left with no choice to finally give a TRUE REVIEW of these apartments. Living here this long, I can give the most accurate truth. It’s disgusting and disturbing that nothing is ever done, but I’m expected to abide the rules, apparently no other are. I just now got notice of non compliance of renters ins? I sent over a week ago. I’ve never once, not once not been in compliance, never been late, in fact ALWAYS early on rent. I mind my business but yet I do everything right and now purposefully being ignored! You can’t walk around here without seeing trash over balcony’s, dirty diapers outside doors you look at. Stains all in walkways. Cigarette butts everywhere. Trash all over lots, people park in your PAID parking spots constantly.let me add. Rent went up over 400$ and it’s been even worse. If I could break my lease I’d run! I’m livid! I resent AGAIN my proof of Ins. Let’s see if anyone responds. Highly doubtful. Maybe they will now. My next review is on all my platforms and calling the owners of the property. I’ve had it!

I absolutely love living here. The staff is so kind and great to work with. I love my patio, garage and the wide open layout of my 2/2. The complex isn’t huge which I love as well and the folks I have met have been very friendly.
I highly recommend.

Loved our tour of the property. If there were units available on our desired floor, we would've gladly made it our home.

I just went for a tour yesterday, for 2B2B unit. Everything was great until I opened the dishwasher and saw a cockroach crawling on top on the rack. I immediately told the leasing agent but she just closed it and turned the dishwasher on right away. I was shocked how they treat the home appliances even when that is supposed to be rent out to future tenants. She said the unit has been vacant for 3 months and they will have a pest control come on Friday but.yeah
I ended up not signing a lease here.
