You need to hire new receptionists plain & simple. The female who picked up hung up on me when I asked to speak to the fleet manager. She was extremely rude and had a poor attitude.

The older man Rudy on loader is rude and confrontational even when he was at martin Marrieta probably why he ain't there anymore the kid on loader is picking up the older mans bad habits beaing rude to drivers.
