W MED SPA & NAILS, Bedford TX

Went to get a pedi, the lady was nice and attentive, when I was asked what color nail I asked to see the gel ones and selected one of those, at check out I was charged $20 extra, me thinking she was charging me for a premium pedi I said “I choose the $37 one” and her response was “the gel color is $20 extra” I put my hand in my chest and questioned her, WHAT? She asked me “you didn’t know that? OF COURSE NOT! Her response then was “so now you know” (this speak very bad of this bussines) I paid and left extremely unhappy and disappointed with the sensation that I was fooled.

First of all if there is such a high fee just for nail color it will be a *good idea to tell the client* something like “if you choose one of these there’s a $20 extra” (in my opinion) SIMPLE! In my defense I am NOT a regular customer at this place, NEVER heard of such a outrageous, ridiculous “premium fee” just for gel color, not even at a fancy spa, I felt -and still feel- ROBBED, needless to say I will NEVER go again to this nail salon and will STRONGLY ADVISE that if you choose to get your mani, pedi here ASK the price of everything even if it sounds so silly as a simple nail color. I don’t want to even imagine how much extra will be to ask for a painted flower or a simple rhinestone on one single nail $$$$$$ for what I paid it should be for mani-pedi NOT just a simple, low grade pedi, Don’t get robbed as me, ASK FOR EVERYTHING BEFORE UOU GET THE SERVICE

Reasonable pedicures and they do serve drinks for the clients pleasure. Just wish that they didn't use the liners for the foot baths.

Great atmosphere and the tech was very good. However, my jelly pedicure was supposed to last 60 minutes according to their menu, and it lasted less than 40.

It was also supposed to come with a hand/arm massage, which didn’t happen. I’m not the type to ask about it, because it should happen if they advertise it.

Everyone else in my group of 4 got their massage. So I’m glad that their technicians remembered to do so!

I don’t know why I haven’t posted a review sooner, maybe because I don’t like giving away all my good spots! I started coming here about 5 years ago off and on but since moving back permanently to the neighborhood this is my only “go-to” place. John & Julie, and all their employees, are wonderful and do a great job. I’ve never had a bad experience but know if I did I could tell them about it and it would be corrected. The place is clean, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing. In addition, I love that they play relaxing music through the speakers and have the tv’s silent and usually on a cooking show. I don’t like having to listen to party/loud music in a nail salon. I’ve never experienced anyone loud, rude, or had to encounter children in the salon (love kids just don’t want them running around or crying when I’m trying to chill and enjoy my mani/pedi). They offer several kinds of nail services and at reasonable prices. I give them a 10/10,5 stars ️ ️️️️. I’ll forever be one of the regulars. Thank you John & Julie for your wonderful salon. I always look forward to my visits.

My wife and I go for Pedicures at least once a month, and have been for about 2 years. Linda and Tina do a great job and are both very friendly. Highly recommend this business.

Vy does a great job on my nails. Absolutely love the service here! I live in Arlington and drive to Bedford because its worth it!

Excellent service, as always. Linda always does a great job when doing my pedicure. She takes her time and uses her skills to give me the best pedicure. I will keep coming back.

Good place and people. Just pay attention to the color as it almost always looks different in daylight compared to the sample nails you look at. They do a good job, I’ve been going here a few years.

Very friendly staffs.
The air is clean to breathe. Usually nail shop places have certain chemicals smell but this place doesn’t have which I like too.
This place has more services like hair salon and massage and face care as making appointments.
This is one of my regular place to go every other week.

I'm not even kidding.it's quite literally the best manicure I've ever gotten. They are so detailed with the pred for your dip that there is no lifting what so ever.
