The Tonkutsu here is the first ramen broth I've ever drank. Usually, ramen broth is too salty for me. Tonkutsu was flavorful and rich, but not too salty - I downed the bowl. The Spicy Miso is delicious, but unfortunately the broth was too spicy (see: salty) for me to drink. I feel like the spicy flavor comes more from adding more salt than adding spice. You're better off getting one of the non-spicy options. The real gem here is the Goma (Sesame) Creme Brulee. I never thought I'd see an Asian flavor in a European dessert, but it works so well. The creme brulee is well made - hard shell top, warm and soft interior. Also, the sweet corn fritters are yummy!

Great food. Amazing takoyaki and karaage!
(I try takoyaki all over DFW and this place was particularly great. Up there on my list of favorites!)

Nice, clean restaurant in a good location.

The staff was a little aloof with me and maybe could use to be a little more friendly, but it was also super busy and they were trying their best. Food came out on time and they were still polite.

I should preface this by saying I've never had ramen in Japan, but if you told me it tasted like Wabi House I'd believe you. I've enjoyed ramen at quite a few Dallas restaurants, however Wabi House has managed to combine all the good elements of each of these other places. A flavorful rich broth, perfect noodles, and delicious chasu. To top it off the staff are wonderful and their prices are very reasonable. The only warning I'd give anyone is to pay attention to what style egg you order. Some of the ramens come with a soft boiled egg that dissipates into the broth leaving just a floating yolk, people may find that off-putting.

I've given rave reviews about Wabi House for some time now. The loudest reviews have been to my twenty-something friends because I visit Wabi House no less than once a week. Located in the Lower Greenville area of Dallas; it's right in my neck of the woods.

The entrance is decorated with a vibrantly decorated mural and outdoor seating with an open bar.weather permitting of course. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with punches of framed color set against pale walls with Edison bulbs hanging from a dark, wooden-beamed ceiling. The long, narrow dining room is filled with comfy booths and a few seats overlooking the kitchen.

When I take my friends, we usually start with a couple of small plates. The first is always the plate of Sweet Corn Fritters. These amazing morsels are made with niblets of corn cut fresh from the cob which is perfectly seasoned with salt and sansho pepper then drizzled with a spicy aioli. These babies are heavenly. The corn is sweet and savory with just enough breading to hold it all together. The drizzle of aioli is just the right amount of heat. We could go to Wabi House just for these.

I've also ordered the Karaage. Karaage is a method of cooking meats; in this case chicken. The bite-sized pieces are lightly coated with wheat flour and then fried in a light oil. They are perfect bites. The breading does not overpower the chicken. The bites are served with cubes of watermelon, sishito pepper and a drizzle of the same spicy aioli that comes with the corn fritters.

For my ramen dish I choose the Spicy Miso. The bowl arrives steaming hot and full of yummy ingredients including minced pork, bamboo shoot, scallion, chili strips and an egg. The miso broth is a great blend of salt, spicy and savory flavors. The key is to mix it up so you get a bit of all that goodness in each bite. I can assure you it is the best ramen I've ever had. I find myself trying to decide whether to devour the entire bowl or save some to take home for the next day's lunch.

So the rumors are true. Wabi House IS the place to get ramen in Dallas. I am kicking myself for not going sooner, but I have already made up for lost time. They know me and my Australian Shepherd there now because we like to walk there and sit outside! I can't help myself! My plan is to work my way through the entire menu. On my next visit I think I will try the Tonkotsu with chashu (marinated braised pork belly). I will try and save room for their Tapioca Parfait dessert.

The wait was not too long, even at the busiest hour. Service was good and very fast. The food tasted great, I highly recommend and will be coming back!

Pretty happy with their Tonkotsu Ramen. Good amount of food, fat slice of meat. Was $11, switched out my mushroom for nori free of charge. I'm happy with this place because they don't nickel and dime you for some of the food. Whole egg included instead of having to pay extra for one or just getting a half.

The ramen is delicious and the service is good, I went earlier in the day so it was not as busy as it usually is but I would definitely recommend this place because the taste is worth any wait there may be. There is both street parking and a small lot behind the building.

Came here with a friend and loved the food. The ramen portions were very filling and delicious, and a steal at the lunch pricing. Can heartily recommend the Shoyu ramen.

Really great ramen with a great lunch special. If you go for dinner the dry ramen is also particularly good.

We eat here at least once sometimes twice a week. Great appetizers and large portion noodle bowls. Lunch prices are very affordable. Shout and spicy Miso are favorites.

The shoyu ramen is amazing. The atmosphere is quiet, it’s a good place to grab a bowl of ramen and be on your way.

Beautiful decor and friendly staff. If you're looking for good ramen at a cheap price than this is your place! Food usually takes a while to come to the table but their appetizers are worth trying. Squid balls!? (It's not what you think) the miso soup is my go to and I add shiitake mushrooms as well. If you're looking to come here you might want to dress a little nice though. Great ramen!

This was my first time trying authentic ramen, and I was seriously amazed by this place. The broth was delicious, the pork was very tender, and the egg was outstanding. The lunch special is a really good deal as well. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Cool place with interesting menu. Tried a couple of apps (tuna and brussel sprouts) and had the Spicy Miso for dinner which was delicious.

So far my favorite spot for ramen! Only 1 waitress was less than attentive, but everyone else has been amazing. Between my bowfriend and myself, we've tried everything on the menu. I highly suggest stopping here for great food!

The tsukemen ramen distinguishes Wabi House from other noodle houses. The "beets 'n brussels" were a tasty side.

Enjoyable meal! The places was busy and service was a little slow because if it. But, it was busy because the food was good. I do not normally eat ramen, but I enjoyed myself and many options to choose from.

I’ve had a bit of experience with great and terrible Ramen and this place is the only place in Dallas so far that nails it. I’ve tried ~10 places and Wabi House has no contest, it is the best in the area and surrounding areas. This is my second visit today and both visits have been top tier.

Ramen was so good! We had the spicy miso (which is pretty spicy, but really good!) and the dry garlic. I loved the dry garlic, the meat on top was really good. I think a pork belly they said. Both had amazing flavors. We didn’t wait to sit and the food came out pretty fast for a Saturday.

We LOVE the Brussels and Beets for an appetizer. The geisha with gin is amazing and the ramen is fantastic!
