I can't express what a great experience I had here, as brief as it was as a beer tourist. Zach's recommendations were spot on after getting an idea of what pleases my palate. Would highly recommend for all 3 of the "starting your night", "ending your night" or "good vibe hangout throughout your night".

Delicious, yummy, and amazing service! Also if you are with someone that doesn't like ale, get then to try the Black Pearl! It's amazing and goes down smooth.

Stopped in for a beer and some snacks. Had a couple tasters and chose the Strawberry Blonde. Really good and I’m picky about my strawberry beer. The deep fried mushrooms were so good.
Staff was super friendly. We will be back next time we go through town.

This is a top hangout in downtown Waco, if you like beer this is the place for you. They have a great variety of craft beers

Wide selection of great beers. All made fresh on-site. Staff was friendly and made great recommendations!

I can only rate based on Porter and Headless Horseman Pumpkin Ale. Pumpkin Ale was amazing!

Had a great time for lunch and a couple of crafts. Pretzel was amazing. Good burger. Great selection on tap. Hef was very good, as was the 3X Hazy. Bartender was very friendly. Service was quick. Will definitely return next time in Waco.

Excellent selection of beers and wonderfully prepared bar food. Can recommend the pale ales, the garlic Parmesan fries, and the chicken wings.

I've been there several times now and it's a great place for lunch or dinner especially on Tuesday when they have the burger, fries and a pint combo for $15. I recommend the Hop Burst Orange. Cheers!

Loved The Waco Kid pale ale. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They described the beers to help in our decisions.

Beer was OK, but Lord they had a band and it was way, way to loud. Think people clapped for the band when they were done because then you could actually talk to your friends and hear them. Had to flag some one down to get a beer. Didn't even give us a menu or ask us if we wanted anything to eat.
