Not only was the customer service great but my uncle looked amazing! He looked as though he was in bed asleep. My family received information throughout the process and that really helped in our time of grievance.

Ceremony was cheap an poorly planned. Looks like a 2nd grader wrote the obituary. Extremely disappointing.

My family used the transport services in May this year after our beautiful heroic angel Bethany passed away in the Houston, Texas area. We needed someone to transport her back to Dallas, Texas and we only wanted the best and Waddell Riverside Funeral Directors was highly recommended.
Office Manager - Ms. Niecey, FDIC - Mr. Andre and their staff were friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death. The day I had to come and sign off on documents, everything was very difficult. But I never felt rushed, prodded, or like it was business as usual. All the logistical items were clear, and they took the time to explain everything in detail. They definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was very much appreciated.

I can only speak for our personal experience here. The staff was warm, comforting, and compassionate. Andre did not make our process hard, he went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible. Our mother was treated with dignity and respect which was the most important aspect for us. We are sending our most heartfelt thank you to the entire staff.
