Waffle House, Katy TX

The fry cook didn't wear a mask my waitress wore her mask so loosely that you could see her nose and mouth. With the virus going around its plain to see that this place doesn't care about the safety of its customers.

I always try to call and place my order before going up there but they NEVER answer the phone. I have sat outside of the place, called in and watch them not pick up. I asked them why they don’t answer the phone. The workers lied like they do. Ridiculous!

This Waffle House was amazing the cook was an absolute professional and cook everything to Perfection I didn't get the kid's name but I did thank him for the wonderful breakfast

Every single time I go here, I get food poisoning. I almost never get food poisoning anywhere else I eat but here it happens nearly every time. I’m pretty sure their eggs were bad. I even went to on out of state and still had the same experience. No matter where you go, this place is still unclean and disgusting.

With Waffle House you get what you expect. The food is always the same and it’s served quickly. It’s my go to place when I’m a road trip

I used to love going there. After my last 2 visits not so much. My husband got coffee, his mug had lipstick on it from the last customer

Food was outstanding. The Cook had broke one yellow and fixed it before getting to our table. Great!

They left prepared food waiting to be picked up for long periods of time! Even had to put food back because it sat out too long, mixed it with fresh food and re-dished it. My toast was cold, eggs half fried half scrambled. I asked for grilled onions, they forgot and put my onions on another sandwich so I asked where are the onions, they scrapped them off the sandwich and put it on my plate. For my service they get 0 stars but my husband plate was good and fresh so I gave 3.

The food is good, but the coffee isn't. I like coming to the Waffle House at least once everytime I'm in Houston.

I've been going to Waffle House since I was pregnant with my daughter. She is now eight years old. Our favorite location started at Highway 6 and I-10. And then after we moved we quickly find out 290 near outlet mall became our favorite. We do know some people at this Waffle House from other locations which makes our visit a little bit more personal. Everyone at this place is great. Except one of the cooks we had kind of a bad experience with him couple days ago. Nevertheless will love Waffle House I would just like to see this one little bit more cleaner like the other ones we've been visiting.

Horrible! We were siting for about 15 minutes waiting for service while the the 2 waitresses were just talking and ignoring us, we left and saw other 2 employees smoking marijuana on the back. I will contact corporation.

Found the leg of a bug in my son's waffles, and the girl on the grill laughed about it and then continued to argue with me about it. Unprofessional and disgusting.

Terrible. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes and they hadn't even started my order. I left since I value my time. I think the place is racist against Hispanics. Stay away!

Love the service, and the employees at this Waffle House are some of the hardest working people I've seen. We sat at the counter and watched these people get everyone's food out so efficiently and management was great at keeping the flow. We were waited on by Gayle, who was the sweetest and always had a smile on her face. We were very well taken care of. Definitely recommend this location and we'll always visit this Waffle House.

Waffle House is totally unique because they are the only chain that makes a big, fluffy Toddle House ham and cheese omelette served with a side of sausage patties. I had to wait while the grill was being cleaned but the cook on duty did a decent job when that was done. The server was also very nice. This could have been five stars but this store really needs a deep clean!

Good service on a relatively quiet morning (before Sunday rush). Customised requests were managed on the first go-round, and someone checked back ever so often to ensure that the orders were correct and fulfilling. The food came out a bit staggered but was still good and hot, once everything was delivered. Delicious eggs, hash browns, toast, waffle and everything else; another dine-in experience will have to follow.
