20I LIKE EATING AT THIS WAFFLE HOUSE, MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEIR IS HARDLY ANY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAITING FOR A DRINK SEEMS TO TAKE TO LONG, THAT BY THE TIME YOU ARE FINISHED WITH YOUR FOOD YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT GET A SECOND DRINK. I THINK THIS LOCATION NEEDS A MAJOR NEW STAFF THAT'S JUST MY OPINION.
It was tacky and too much going on with the staff instead of just doing their job. Only one that gave great service was the red head girl but even she was a little sassy.food was sloppy and skimpy
I have never been in a waffle house this bad. Even at 3 in the morning. It was not clean and that is a big thing in this covid world. Ring where a glass had sat was all dried up. Table was sticky. No greating when i walked in and i thought the cook was messed up on something. Kept grabbing at stuff that was not there. Or going for the cheese 4 times. Or the plate, All the waitress said is he was old. Wll it was not a good visit for 3 something inthe afternoon on a sunday.

Service was amazing. Michael was very courteous and professional. 1 thing.manager needs to be supportive of the establishment and his employees.
The food was over cooked, and we did not like the fact that the waiter put the container with the syrup in it on the waffles. With all the precaution because of the virus having some plastic containers on your food and u don't know were its been or sitting.
The cooks at the location are fantastic, speedy and very nice! The waitresses on the other hand are rude, stuck up and nasty.
Boo! Always mess up the order, entire staff is mad at the world, I lose money every time I order take out. Wish I could leave no stars. Wish this wasn't one of 2 restaurants near my home.
Excellent breakfast I waited about three minutes for my full breakfast to be put on my table the cook was like watching a show he has perfect
Not a big fan of waffle houses but this was by far the best one that I visited and our server DJ was kool. Not the way I'm from Detroit where we don't have waffle house
Great place, quiet, easy going, and friendly staff. We Were greeted by all employee as we walked through the door great food and in a timely manner. Great job waffle House
The food was delicious but the service was terrible. We had to wait until the end of our meal before my grandkids got the sausage and bacon they ordered with their Grand Slam breakfast. There were people that came in 20 minutes after us that got their bacon and sausage before we did. We also had to ask over and over for refills for our drinks.
Food was wonderful. Service was excellent! BUT, the two cooks that were on duty were LOUD, RUDE, And VERY DISRESPECTFUL to the paying customers? !? !? I will NEVER be back.
Poor service probably because most of the employees are new.they took a while to come to our table and offer some to drink and also to place an order.
Awesome staff! DJ was working so hard, but still had the biggest smile on his face. Personalities like his are contagious. We will be back!
Food wasnt as good as it normally is fir one of two possible reasons: 1. They had a new guy cooking. 2. The bottle of salsa on table was out of date. Or 3. Maybe I just wasnt feeling it tonight.
I'm thinking it was that salsa that ruined my meal, but the Waffle House is still one of my favorite places to eat, so I'm not done w them yet!

People here are never friendly. I can go to the WH location on Western Center and I-35, and at least get greeted. These people sure make it obvious their lives stink.
At the first moment you enter that restaurant the personel give you an enjoyable feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a lovely place to to go out with friends or with your date.enjoyable cuisine, qualified chief cook and stuff, good pay and nice service. Highly recommended.
