Waffle House, Cypress TX

Stopped with a small group of teens and parents after a school formal. This crew didn't hesitate to take care of us, quickly, I might add and very well. The food was really good, and the restaurant was very clean. Service was great! I highly recommend this location, especially bewteen 12-1am, that crew was wonderful!

Just flat out told me we are not taking any orders but I see people eating said their short staff.place not busy at 12 am.this is very disappointing to no I have this going on in my Neighborhood waffle house I eat here all the time and it didn't start off like this get those lazy workers out

Went to this location at 11 PM on a Saturday to find the doors locked. There were workers visible inside who rudely answered the phone and stated they could not serve us.

The waiter was sooo rude! He said we couldn’t eat because we are short staffed and he cursed at my friend and when I confronted him he arrogantly apologized! He was in and out of the Waffle House so I couldn’t see how we couldn’t eat! The people that was there were already eating! He said the dishes needed to be washed but it was 3 employees there and no one was attempting to wash a dish. He is very lucky I chose to be the bigger person.

1st I wana say that this is the second waffle house that has told me they no longer carry salsa, and I am disappointed that a breakfast restaurant would do that.

The black woman with a mohawk was running that like a champ! And the black man with 1 earring was not only cooking but refilling my coffee every time it got low and cleaning tables. They are both doing great and deserve to be recognized!

I hope my server, I think her name was Brittany, is new and is still learning. She was constantly behind, forgot to take my order, never brought me my waffle that was on the counter ready, ect.

Freaking amazing. The chef was super personable, and our server was a darling, even recommended additions to make it even more delicious next time. All of the staff was so friendly and genuinely cared about our experience! I hope they get paid well bc they 100% deserve it and more. Amazing people work here!

I needed water for my over heated van. The Buckies right besides had just told me that they did not have any water. I found that to be very strange. I walked nextdoor to Waffle House, got 2gal of water from a very helpful waiter.

Terrible service! Order was incorrect and waiter DID NOT know menu consequently ordered what I did NOT really want. Then as eating to find out they DO HAVE what I originally wanted. Such a disaster of a breakfast! Disappointing!

Wow! Just like everyone leaves it. Perfect breakfast food. Fresh! Made to order. The waitress very friendly. I ordered eggs and grits. Perfect! The grill is clean before they cook and after. Super. So when you want a perfect breakfast and fresh, pull up and enjoy the journey.

Service has always been great to me. Great communication and of course bomb food. Jason was great and kept the dining area as clean as possible.

I walked in to place an order and stood there 6 minutes while not a soul helped me and nobody came to take my order only one person came to ask if i was ready to chec out but when i said i was there to place an order she sat bac down and counted her tips while nobody serviced me and the place wasn’t even busy. I was the only person in line. Horrible experience. Horrible service.

1st clean waffle house I ever been too. Food was good, customer service was top tier ShaCorey was so polite and deserves recognition highly recommend this location.

Walked in waited for 20mins at counter.even waited til the rush died down and nobody approached me for an order, very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. It was 2 older women and 1 was a manager. They even took care of a guy in front of me who came in to correct an order smh. Won't be giving this location my money

This location stays busy and the staff always manages to get all orders done in a timely fashion. They've only let me down in two occasions when they ran out of chili. I'm still a loyal sunday regular

Great people, great environment and good food. I visit this location often because it’s the closest to my house. After becoming a regular, conversations change and makes a better visit. I’m nearly here alone today and we are laughing the day away. I love it here!

Today me and my son are at this Waffle House. From the time we walked in everyone from cooks to serves greeted us. The place was clean an so was the bathroom area. Not one fly/bug in site. That’s a plus for me! My server was Katlyn she gave us great selection options to choose from. The cook Stephine had our food out quick we literally ate 6 minutes after ordering. Stephone was a bother server there we weren’t in his section but he still checked on us to see if we wanted more. I like the good energy vibe from all the staff and how they work as team to help everyone get threw the rush. I will definitely be returning for great food and service

Never been to Waffle House before this fateful day. They didn't even give me a menu at first because they expect everyone to know it. That's my fault though, how dare I not already be of this delicious cuisine. Had the philly cheese steak with bacon, pretty good. I felt like a kid again. Some shady looking characters came in while I was eating and the place itself is a little sketch but that's part of the experience. Staff was very friendly and the tables were the perfect amount of sticky. My only complaint is the fact it's right across the street from the freemasons. Watch out for those guys.

I should have left this review sooner. My mom and I went on an afternoon a few weeks back and William was not only our host, but he was also the server and cooked our breakfast. Everything was delicious! William went above and beyond. William didn’t let the fact he was short staffed embitter him. He was smiling and pleasant. This man definitely deserves a pay raise! Many could definitely learn a lesson or two from this man.

Never come here if you want hot food. Never come here if you want your food on time. Never come here if you fear getting sick. Never come here if you want fast service. Only come here if you want a lot of food for under $10

For the amount of time I waited i could of purchased everything and cooked it. I’ll never come back to this location.
