Waffle House, Katy TX

This was supposed to be the All star breakfast with the waffle and choice of meat including what is pictured with 2 sides of grits. We ordered to-go last night around 2-3 am. The people forgot our order and we had to tell them what we have. My boyfriend thought the meat and everything was included.

I only received what is pictured and 2 sides of grits.

This was truly disappointed because I didn’t receive my full meal of the all star breakfast. ONLY HALF OF IT.

I took some of my employees and tried to get food after sitting there 10 minutes without anybody saying anything to us we got up and went to Dennis right next door and were taken care of right away

The greeter Savannah was the opposite of accomodating. She cleaned off 2 tables. We were next to be seated and she refused to let me choose where we sat. Next we ordered cheese steak omelets that were small and unappealing in its presentation. I did not even want it anymore. I won't be back. I have eaten at the waffle house near intercontinental several times so i know what a cheese steak omelet should look like.

They were changing shifts around 6: 45/ 7 AM so service was kinda delayed, but they did a good job getting everyone taken care of. First Waffle House where the employees nor the patrons were fighting YET the food was still good and coffee hot. This is truly an anomaly for WAFFLE HOUSE. WILL RETURN

The breakfast was really good, the cashier was friendly and at least this time I got my food. The last time I was there I waited 20 mins, then went to check on my order, and it had been given away. No apologies, nothing. So when you go to the West Airport (Stafford) location stay vigilant about order.

This was my first time eating at this waffle house. The staff was busy, due to restaurant being very busy. It took them a few minutes to get to me, but it was understandable since they were very busy. The food was on the spot. The cook was on point, she took about 5 different orders from my waitress and didn't break a sweat. She got all the orders done error-free. After all the visit was great, the food was delicious, and the staff took care of business. I will definitely will stop by again, when I'm in the area.

Gisella has work really hard to provide her customers with the best service possible while trying to maintain the entire seating area and making sure all utensils are washed and dried for the influx of customers coming in at the moment. KUDOS to Gisselle and thanks for the Texas welcome.

Almost everything here is great! Especially the coffee in my opinion.
The service was fast, friendly, and accurate.
The only thing is they always have the ac super cold, make not so cold?

Didn't eat here like we planned. Never acknowledged when we walked in and looked like it would take forever to get food. Opted out and went to Whataburger instead!

The place is very unclean. Although the staff are friendly, they talk over customers's food with no masks IN THE MODDLE OF A PANDEMIC!

Its waffle house- you either dig or you dont- watchingvthose 3 cooks feed the whole place- mezmerizing- we might have been high

Horrible experience. Early AM visit. The flow of customers was steady, not busy. Food took forever and service was extremely slow. The food was bad tasting and not to temperature. I won't go back.

I am a long time diner of Waffle House. I have decided to never return to this location. It has progressively and steadily gone down hill in the last year.

They close when they feel like it. 5am during prime breakfast hours and the employee locked the doors. Management needs new people who wanna work. Won’t be coming back here.

Honestly don’t like this place because I came in early at 5 once I got off work and the doors were locked and the lady inside told me they were closed but it says they’re 24 hours. Seems like she just didn’t want to work.

Samira was an amazing waiter and Gio did a great job on them tables. Mohawk dude on the eggs thanks you very much, my sons are picky about their scrambled egg and they ate them ALL! Thanks again for the great service!
