Waffle House, Houston TX

Waffle house is my go to for breafast. At a reasonable price you can get some good breakfast every now and then you might get something cold and not fresh and i will send back. Overall, good place to go to and food is pretty good.

The place seemed like needed a detail cleaning. Food was cooked well. And the service provided by the waitress named Krystal came with a smile and courtesy.

Todd the manager runs a tight ship! Best Waffle House in the tri-state area! Kid Rock Approved for Sunday Breakfast (still drunk or sober)! Back on the 4th of July and the food and service was awesome!

We went there for a late breakfast. Since it wasn’t their peak time, we didn’t have trouble finding a place to sit. The food was good as it usually is. We received great customer service. The meals are reasonable.

It is a shame we don't have on in NJ. I love the price, food, menu options and service. Every time we are in the South this is the first place we go.

Went to the waffle House about 2: 00 this morning order the All Star meal also a breakfast sandwich/w bacon and eggs cheese and sausage get all the way home and there isn't no sausage on the sandwich also there's no bacon are sausage/w the all Star meal very disappointed 7/16/2023 on top of it she charged me 34.00 for a all Star meal and a breakfast sandwich were do they do that at please tell me I'm never going there again

Great location!

The servers are attentive & on the ball. They were nice enough to give my daughter and son some animal shaped sheets of paper to draw on.

The Floor/Shift Manager, Tim, is also very attentive, courteous and professional to all tables.

The restaurant is always clean, the food is cooked quickly, orders are correct and prices are very fair.

Amy & Barbi did an an amazing job, the food came out fast, hot and really good. Definitely will come again.

The staff here is so friendly. I go on the morning sometimes, but everyone is always so nice.

This place is super clean and the staff is fast polite and very nice definitely recommend it

The 3rd shift was amazing and super friendly (Amy, Kevin and Barbi) The food was delicious and the place was very clean and cozy! Loved it!

Awful service
Food was cold and old
Ordered coffee but the cup had lipstick on the rim and when I complained server got irritated with me and walked away grumbling and I had to speak to the manager to replace my coffee and when she reprimanded him he came back with an even worse attitude. Ordered 3 waffles and got two so my child had to wait 20 minutes to finally get her waffle, when I told the server he brought the receipt only for me to have to point out that I ordered 3 waffles, only for him to go and ask someone else to come and talk to us so we did not get our waffle until someone else gave it to us. The only decent employees were the two cooks and the manager. Very many people were waiting for their meals from only one server.
Only giving one star because I can’t give zero.
Please improve.

Live laugh love waffle house Amy was our server and she was so nice and so funny! Overall the 3rd shift staff was awesome and friendly, and of course the food was on point!

Thanks to Amy and Barbie for the excelent service I highly recommend People to visit this location during night Shift we'll be coming back for sure.

Ghetto location with HORRIBLE customer service. Sat at the counter 30 minutes with no greeting. Several customers who came in after my daughter and I were being waited on and we were still sitting ducks. I’ll definitely be contacting Corporate.
