Waggin' Tails Animal Inn, Richmond TX

I don't even know where to start. I was used to bringing my dog to my vet for boarding until they told me they could no longer handle him anymore. I have a 5-year-old Pitbull and I do keep him sheltered because of the way people judge him. So, letting him go to just anyone for me is so scary. I heard about this place and decided to try them. The first day I cried all day at work worried about him until I checked my email. They sent a heartwarming email about how wonderful he was doing and that he was ok as well as pictures. Ms. Lorraine well she is just a god sent because Morroco never wants to come home when she is there.
She has been working with him and he is doing so much better. He is still working on getting along with other dogs, but i do not have to worry because they do not force that on him. He will be going there for boarding for a week at Christmas time for the 2nc time and I can honestly say I have no worries at all. I even tell the staff i love them when i leave because they take care of my animal as if it were there's and that means the world to me because he is my everything.

My dog does not like going to the vet and he doesn't like going to the groomer, but he LOVES going to Animal Inn. He gets so excited even when we are driving up the road. The only con is the distance and the times to pick him up, but if Ben loves it, I love it!

Love this place. They take such great care of my German Shepherd. This is the only place we trust taking our beloved dog to.

I first chose “WagginTails” because my mom hard recommended them… I soon found out that “WagginTalils” has been under new management since my moms recommendation…

I would NOT recommend this kennel to anyone! It is dirty AF and what they lack in cleanliness does not get taken out in a positive way with your pups…

I would also recommend that anyone that has a dog breed with a stigma behind them to avoid this place like a plague! At the end of the day… THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG!

This is the most awesome place. Our Cali loves it there. The staff is so super friendly. You know your furbaby will be taken care of when staying.

This place is full of good energies. It's not just another business, they really love their job with our little waggin tail companion. I found this place after my dog was rejected from another place because they didn't know how to work with him. Wagging Tails was placed on my path as a blessing!
