On 6/29/23 is a day I will never forget. The staff at Wagner Cadillac help me save my dogs life. My 11 year old pit bull was locked in the vehicle. Walter in the service department immediately had someone at my location to assist to do what needed to be done to save my dog. Wagner Cadillac has always provided WONDERFUL service however this went above and beyond. Aaron, Walter, Maddox and the service staff that I apologize not knowing all the names will always have a place in my heart. Words will never be enough for the service I received. Nars and Alley were extraordinarily helpful. We live in Seattle, WA and purchased a truck from them. They were kind, patient and on top of all communication and every detail, even regarding the out of state purchase information. Shopping for a Cadillac on a beautiful Saturday morning was such a pleasant experience with Wagner Cadillac in Tyler and James Tate, our awesome car guru. They put me in a brand new CT5 Sport and it is fine! No haggling over my trade-in and even offered rebates in this day and age! Who knew we could save such money on a new car in these crazy times? And now I have Cadillac service again which is worth gold.

If you're looking for good transportation, do not buy a cadillac. We have owned 10 cadillacs, the last 4 we have purchased from Wagner Cadillac and have experienced major problems from the vehicle itself. Therefore cadillac is not making a luxury, dependable automobile anymore apparently. So if youre looking for a dependable vehicle, buy volkswagon. First two years needed 3 replacement batteries. Last month I had to replace the power steering assembly. The entire instrument panel went out at 50,000 miles. Now I'm having to replace tie rod ends and the control arms at 65,000 MILES. It's only a 2017 with 65,000 miles.

My wife and I purchased a new XT5 a few weeks ago. We had become discouraged by visiting other dealerships until we called and met with Nars Buenaventura at Wagner Cadillac. We were treated with such professionalism and courtesy by Nars and the Wagner staff! Their was absolutely no pressure and Nars treated us like we were family!

Thanks to Nars we now have a great … gently used … blacked out 2021 F-250! No haggling…. He was very kind and easy to do business with! We will be back in the future

I loved everything about my experience. My husband found a CT6 online Wednesday, called and spoke with James Tate on Thursday, and they delivered my car to our front doorstep on Saturday. Hello I have a ATS and love it, this week my car screen frozen and I had taken to the service department and the mechanic knew soon as I described what the problem what's the problem. He told the cost to get it fix and said he would order the part and that was on Monday and he stated he would have the part in a couple of days. Still have not heard from as today. He stated it would take 1 day to repair and now I have to the weekend with a frozen screen.

It was truly a pleasure doing business with Wagner Cadillac. This is how car sales should be done. A perfect balance of professional and personable folks making a difference.
