I want to say the Staff at the Pharmacy are awesome! The Lovely lady by the name of Francesca was very helpful and took the time to help me with the purchase of a BP monitor her customer service really deserves more than 5 stars

This Walgreens on Westview @ Wirt Rd has a nice spacious floor plan with wide aisles, shiny floors and good merchandise presentation.

Everyday prices are a little high, but Walgreens has a weekly ad with hundreds of items on sale.

The cashier. Who assisted me was friendly and helpful.

Always such a long pharmacy wait, including today. Why does it take 45 minutes to get a Rx and a routine vaccination?

The store is very clean and well organized. The is great variety of things/products. I gave three stars for those reasons, but negative two because customer service is very horrible. Although, this establishment is in a convenient location; I don't think I would want to visit a second time.

The old black lady working the register on 06/16/19 gave me so much attitude. I was trying to add money to my PayPal account t through the PayPal app that generates a scan-able code and she said that you can’t do it that way. Please trail your employees better and tell them no to give customers attitudes when they ask a simple question. I’m going to CVS now.

I really adore the variety of products available, but my problem lies with customer service. I've had repeated issues with Esmeralda over a very short amount of time as this is my nearest store, and today someone walked through the door right as I was walking into line and she walks away from the register helps that person and checks her out before me. When I stated I needed to be at work she stated the woman had been there before me. Never mind that the woman was parked next to my credit where the lot had previously been empty. I don't appreciate that level of disrespect in a customer service position.

Horrible walgreens messed up my orders or they just never had them ready had to cancel also rude employees

They must be the busiest pharmacy in the world or the most disorganized. I'm thinking the latter.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. The technician told me my script that I NEEDED was $130 which I could not afford and I cried in front of her and she didn't care. Little did I know after making a few phone calls, I was able to get the price down to $11. When I confronted her about it, she said she knew that and nonchalantly told me she's not allowed to mention coupons. LIE! Because I've had a technician at a different walgreens offer a coupon before. She didnt care about the customer and honestly didn't seem to care about her job. Will never return and I highly reccomend that you don't go either.

This Walgreens is definitely the typical “neighborhood pharmacy”. The pharmacy usually has my prescriptions and is typically fast at filling them. Walgreen’s store’s staff is always welcoming and very friendly. Visiting this location the most often, I recommend shopping at this Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff has a habit of ignoring the phones and/or just dropping them off and onto holds without ever addressing the calls.

The staff is great, but I went to pick up a prescription and the Pharmacist was eating in the pharmacy. I watched her stick her fingers in her mouth then type on the keyboard and had to ask her to use hand sanitizer before she started touching the bins where the medications are sorted and waiting for pick up. It was disgusting! !

Pharmacy is very slow, especially the drive through. I think a 20 min wait is normal for them to even ask you how they can help.: (

The pharmacist at this location are rude, inefficient and incompetent. The hours are ridiculous and don't even think about getting there 15 minutes before they close, they will not fill your prescription. Worst Walgreen's in Houston! I drive 15-20 minutes to go to a different pharmacy now. I refuse to go back to this location for ANYTHING!

The pharmacy at this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Walgreens or anywhere else for that matter. The pharmacists and staff are rude. They don't refill prescriptions off the automated system. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time. Don't bother complaining to the Pharmacy manager, Will, about these problems because he doesn't care! My advice to you is to fill your prescriptions at the Kroger pharmacy just down the street.
