Walgreens, Richardson TX

I have the same complaint as everyone else. The pharmacy is horrible especially the pharmacist. The store is good, sometimes out of my milk or creamer but the staff is always friendly.

The problem is the pharmacy staff especially the pharmacist who is very rude and unapproachable. I already complained to the GM last week, lets see if they do anything about it.

Without the pharmacy Id give it a 4 because they keep running out of stock on items I use a lot like milk and creamer

This pharmacy has some of the worst customer service you will ever experience. From them not understanding you or you not understanding them. Having you wait an hour or hour and a 1/2 for nothing. I don't know why they do not hire competent individuals.

I avoid coming to this Walgreens if I can help it and even now just didn’t have a choice since it’s close to my job. Pharmacy staff are constantly making errors. Last time I was here they neglected to give me a whole prescription and this time apparently they had to make a “new account” for me. Love Walgreens, don’t love this particular location.

The check out staff is friendly, but its hit or miss with the pharmacy staff. Some of them are amazing, while others are inattentive and slightly incompetent.

Rude employees, was followed around the whole store by one of them, older lady with short blonde hair. It was late at night and I was with my child. She kept staring at my child in the weirdest way, will never go back here.

Bonnie gave outstanding customer service, and other staff members greeted and were ready to help. She gave great suggestions, and I even came back for last minute shopping! Whatever you are looking for, this store has it and helps you find everything you need! UniquelyD

The pharmacy workers are uncaring drones. My insurance made me go here. I had an amazing pharmacist before who was very communicative and followed up with insurance issues. These people make me feel like I am a burden.

I have been using this location over 7 years since I moved to Richardson, I get my flu shot here, fill my meds here and never get any issues until recently. I'm really not happy with their new techs customer service. Her customer service doesn't deserve any star. Once time she raised her voice while asking me to clarify my information. I didn't say anything to her at that moment just because I think she must have a long day and her job must be very stressful. But today, I came to pick up my meds. I got the same issue with her aBout my Insurance. I have to go back and forth just try to get my issue solved, so I can get my meds. Then she gave me " a hateful look". Make me feel like I'm an annoying customer. If she doesn't like her job, don't do it. Even if she hates her customers, she doesn't have to show it out.

Terrible customer service at every department. No greetings from antisocial cashiers, they have an incompetent pharmacy staff, their photo department has consistent surprise shut downs, and the manager is rude and unhelpful. Reported to corporate as well.

If I could I would give this pharmacy a negative 5. Horrible customer service. Constant change of pharm techs due to high turnover rate. Main pharmacist doesn’t care about anything. Constant problems getting the meds filled correctly even though it states in big bold letters and is signed no substitution it still gets filled wrong. Liars. Judge horribly esp if you are on a life long script and other scripts and they say we see you to often. Um excuse me, do you really think I want to take this med? So sorry I have anxiety/panic disorder and depression. Your high turnover rate probably has to do with the way you treat your staff. Losing scripts is also not something to brush over. I didn’t have a problem until
December of 17 when you lost two of my medicines twice. I’ve been a Walgreens customer since 2001. Never had a problem with other locations until I moved here to Richardson. This location is by far the worst ever. It’s just declining more and more and I’ve been doing here since 2015. If I were you I’d stay far away. I don’t have time for incompetency. I put up with it a long time and this is the end of the line for this Walgreens.

This pharmacy sucks. They always get my prescriptions wrong. The associate in the pharmacy was fighting with everyone in regards to their prescriptions and refused to help. I'm thinking of calling my doctor and have him route all my prescriptions in the future to the Kroger pharmacy down the street.

Terrible service from the pharmacy staff, used to be completely opposite a year ago, will take my business somewhere else

Yashira was exceptionally amazing! One of the best customer experiences I’ve had to date. She did passport photos for me and my hubby and took her time and made sure we were happy with our photos. Thank you very much!
