I walk in from Traveling from San Antonio Texas to visit Family in Houston Pasadena Texas 4 hours driving. When I walk in I was not greeted the frist person I saw did not greet me. I ask him were can i find a cable for my phone he pointed his finger towards the wall so I guess I am suppose to know were at. I said can you help me. He said I just call someone ask him again are you sure there's someone here.why don't you help me you work here right. He said someone will be here so I waited. Finally the young man did not have a mask I was not treated right. I will not walk back in there again. The Walgreens in San Antonio Texas is always greeting people i always love going into Walgreens they have a different way here in Pasadena. No management, No social appearance no greetings I ask him what is your name he said "oscar" why were you not here how many people are here he answer 4. I told him iam going to make a review on this store. He said oh yea.

The pharmacy is no help they seem to have no clue how to do there job. They give you the run around they really need to step it up. If there is an issue they want you to figure it out without offering any help! Go somewhere else dont waste your time - USELESS/LAZY/WORTHLESS

Always takes forever to drop off prescription inside and thru the drive thru, if you 2 hours to wait in line to drop off your prescription then this is your place, SMH

I swear, if there was an option to put in a negative star, I would! Pharmacy here is a joke! They hang up on you and then don't answer the phone. I will definitely be switching pharmacies after years and years of using Walgreens and them never on top of anything! Sad, very sad. Yal need to treat your customers like yal want to be treated when going to a pharmacy. Hoping my son gets his medication before Friday. I called to get a refill 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but the run around. Now all of a sudden there is no prescription to be refilled and his doc is sending another one in. Y'all are messing with people medication that is extremely important!

The folks in the pharmacy today were super. I'm from out of town. Had to go in to pick up prescriptions for laryngitis. Couldn't talk so was trying to use a text to speech app on my iPhone. Makes for difficult conversations. They were all so patient and understanding and willing to work with me using the app. Got my prescription out in less than 10 minutes. All were so kind. Made a rough out-of-town situation a bit easier. Thanks.

I have been here three times for my prescription, and none of the pharmacist were unable to help me. They just said the system was stuck. Luckily after ten days of a delay Ms. Thuy was able to help with the issue. Thank you Thuy for your hard work. It took fifteen minutes to resolve this and she was the only one that took the initiative to actually help me.

Worst pharmacy I’ve been to, EVER. Rude employees, mainly one young women tech. Obviously doesn’t know how to do her job, gets confused, makes customers wait in line again, only to hand them off to the employee next to them. Rude and nasty. No manners and no system at all. There is never NOT a problem when i’ve came to this pharmacy. There’s either a small line of 2 customers that they take 45+ minutes to help, or they tell me my insurance is expired when it is in fact not and i have to waste my time arguing and proving i’ve been getting the same prescription for the past 3 YEARS LADY.i don’t know how else to say, this is hardly a place of “business”.

The only reason I have ever gone here is because it’s 24 hours and close to work. I refilled my prescriptions and received a call and text as always that they were ready. I went through and waited in the drive thru. Out of the three only 1 is paid through insurance, but there was an issue with my policy not being reinstated. Therefore the pharm tech threw my insurance card back at me. I asked her if she could call to check with the insurance company, she said no. So I proceeded to call. She asked me to come inside or go to the end of the car line, which was out of line since I had waited my turn for that spot. Another pharmacist came out and told me that I could come inside. I told them, my foot was recovering from a fracture and that is why I was even in the drive thru line to begin with. Then they called the manager, Joe Salazar and he did absolutely nothing to help, but ask me to get out of line. Never minding the fact that I usually pay for two out of the three out of pocket. They couldn’t help me at all because my birth control was being declined through my insurance. Ok, sort that out later and give me my medicine and I’ll pay out of pocket. No. The Pasadena police department was called. Never in my life have I ever felt so low. The solution? I spoke to the officers who looked confused as to why they were called out there in the first place. In the end I waited in line again. And paid for my medication out of pocket. They could have done that in the first place and we could have avoided time, been intelligent about what was going on, and my embarrassment. I will definitely be emailing corporate, and I’ll be by later to pick up my birth control. Because, I CALLED AND MY POLICY IS ACTIVE.

The only good thing about this location is the hours. There is always a long wait even if there are only 3 people in line. I don’t come here unless I need medicine beyond business hours

Ordered Pictures over 200 close to 300 I never received a email of completion so I called (no answer) called again (no answer) ect.ect. So I wait hopefully I would receive a email job was supposed to be complete. So next day went up there and all of my pictures didn't print when I asked why he didn't know. Never received a email nor call of the issue. Picture quality sucked pinted out dark original pictures not dark. Can't use any of them so I trashed them. The total was 38 he said I give to you for 35 so I took them not realizing they was unusable. The discount sucked as did the printing of the pictures. Never Again.

After a c-section I needed my pain medication just to have to call my insurance and be on hold for an hour because my insurance carrier had to fix their mistake. Thank goodness that chip has great reps and were able to fix it for me

This is the closest Walgreens to my house and job, every single time there is a ridiculous wait.for everything.
For pharmacy, to check out and for photo department. I’ve been standing at the photo counter for 10 mins and no one has come up, this location doesn’t have a “ring for service” button, I would go up and ask the cashier for she’s by herself with a long line of customers. As I stand here typing this review for another young lady goes into the back of room of the photo section, comes out and sees me yet doesn’t ask if I need help. Anyways I will be going out of my way to a different location for my needs.

Only good thing is the hours. If u call expect a long wait. I've held for over 10 min.before and had to hang up. They r very short staffed. Sometimes the drive thru has cones so u can't use them. So not convenient! Most of the employees at the store r nice & helpful. But some just don't care. "Just a job & paycheck". Wish someone would do something about this store.

I hate this Walgreens! I'm not big on giving 1 star reviews but this place IS THE WORST when it comes to customer service. All I wanted was to call in a refill and add my insurance to my account. I sat on hold with the pharmacy for 20 minutes and nobody answered the phone. 20 minutes! Not even an answer just to say I'm sorry we're serving other people can I get your information and call you back oh, nothing.so I called the store to see if they could get somebody to answer the phone. Like I said even to just get my information and call me back would have been better than just leaving me on hold for 20 minutes.when the store answered after about five minutes of holding she said she was going to see if she could get someone in the pharmacy to answer my call. When she gets back on the phone she tells me "okay I'm going to transfer you" and I say thank you then and transferred back to the pharmacy. The pharmacy lets the phone continue to ring and then I am put back on hold.that is ridiculous. I have had so many problems with this one pharmacy and the only reason I continue to use it is because it is the only 24-hour one nearby. But after this, it's not even worth it. What's the point of being 24 hours if you are not available for your customers? ! They are slow to fill prescriptions, they don't answer their phone and I have even been told to leave the drive-thru so they could attend to other customers because they couldn't get my prescriptions ready in 10 minutes after I had already given them two hours. They had "other customers behind" me and wanted me to move to the back of the line.
WORST PHARMACY EVER!

The new kids at the pharmacy are terrible been trying to get a prescription refilled for 3 weeks, after 10 years there I had to go to another Walgreens on Burke and South more and within an hour they did what the other Walgreens pharmacy couldn't do for 3 weeks. Somebody needs to make a change over there. Terrible service.

The photography section could use work my photos came out with rainbow lines going vertical across my pictures I had to return them and they didn’t even say sorry or anything and I had to wait while they finished their conversations with their co workers before I even got acknowledged
