Pharmacy customer service is horrible, I was waiting in line for hour and a half. They are so slow and it seems like they don't care about the people waiting in line

I was having issues with one prescription due to the insurance not covering it but Maria was very helpful.

15 minutes in line no one moves over 10 people in front left to drive thru worst. CVS please come back

I used to love this pharmacy. I don’t know what’s going on there now. The people are soooo rude n just hang up on me. This has happened at least three times to me as to why I’m finally writing this review. I think customer service is very important and should respect every person going in the store, n over the phone especially. I’m deeply saddened as this Walgreens was my favorite. I’m switching to Kroger pharmacy. They treated me very nicely n were very respectful, answered very promptly and took care of my needs right away while Walgreens gives me the run around and hangs up on me repeatedly. Not to mention the wait over the phone 30 Mins then they hang up. Ridiculous! Don’t waste your time. Go to Kroger pharmacy

Walgreens Pharmacy wait is ridiculous! I waited in the line for over an hour. Get seen only to deal with a rude and unprofessional tech.

The pharmacy is rude and tacky. I don’t see how the same staff is allowed to still be employed with all these these negative reviews. The crazy part is this isn’t even my pharmacy they only sent it there because they are open 24 hr but the pharmacy isn’t. I’m calling corporate because this is piss poor on so many different levels!

Its ridiculous pharmacy always backed up they have u waiting for more then 10mn. They don't even said ill b right with u until u called them. They need more workers.

Was made to wait 2 hours for meds that they didn’t have in stock and wouldn’t receive till the next morning. Tried to give it a chance despite the overwhelming negative reviews but seriously DO NOT COME HERE

Just left the store all the staff very rude looking after me like hawks! Instead of assuming things why not ask if one needs help!

This store has gone down the drain. If you plan on picking up your prescriptions from here make sure to bring a chair with you. The wait is atleast 30 minutes. It feels like a government pharmacy in there.

Her Royal Highness It's a FEDERAL law you must show a picture i.d. With your name on it in order for them to dispense any scheduled drug. CVS & any other pharmacy would've done the same exact thing. A birth certificate/social security card won't cut it. You don't like the law? Take it up with Congress

Main pharmacist (African man) named O. Chito was on the phone puting in a mc.donalds order and then again on the phone asking people to bring him something from a gas station while there were super long lines of people. It was a week day and my child was waiting on his pain medicine screaking and crying in the car while my sister was watching him. I just wanted that medicine already but it took one hour to get it and for my baby to finally get his medicine. Only one person was checking people out on the pick up registers and she also stopped helping people and dropped wverything she was doing to carry on two ten minute conversations about a Mc. Donalds order. You can imagine everyones frushtration as she said “nooo i said i wanted a happy meal with the chicken nuggets” and laughed her tail off as everyone waited for their medicine. This girl was a Hispanic girl wearing no name badge - but she had glasses and a bit of a curved down parrot nose and very long dyed blonde hair. (She was not wearing a name tag to I described her as best as I can). When i was finally being checked out they had trouble finding my babys medicine because Mr. Chito had thrown it in the garbage because he saw it on the counter and thought the girl asked him to throw it away.so after the medicine was pulled out of the filthy garbage i just took it and washed the bottle off at a near by restroom sink because I did not want to waste anymore time asking them to order me a new bottle. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will be switching pharmacies soon.

I got a NQuil and DQuil that the label say was in special and they charge me full price, when I went to tell someone they say that the sticker was there but that promotion was from last week. Manager never came out and explained and didn’t respect the advertising that they put on their counters. After all is not customers fault of not checking their advertising correctly

Very unprofessional. Got a prescription for dental pain and doctor prescribed Tylenol 3. The pharmacist wouldn't give me my prescriptions because he needed to see an I.d. Told him I just lost my I.d. Over the weekend and I had my birth certificate and social security card to prove my identity. He refused to accept it. But, if you get an I.d. You use your birth certificate and social security card to get out! These people think every body get high!

Latonya refused to give me a refund because it was from another store. Explain? She said there was an ongoing fraud so I would have to go back to the point of sale. I would just go to another walgreens where they don't steal from out the register.

Customer service from the pharmacy department is remarkable. I couldn't get off my car to get an over the counter medication for my daughter because she was running a high fever and had fell asleep on our way to Walgreens. Jose made an exception and allowed me to purchase the medication on the drive thru. I greatly appreciate it.

I walked out. A hispanic man harrassing women while shopping but someone called for assistance in cosmetics over the intercom its just me in the section. Really!

Slowest mofo's EVER! I don't usually get sick, but when I'm prescribed pain meds, I need them immediately! Sitting at the drive thru dying in pain!

Was looking for a CVS to find some Advil for a headache and came across this place. They had a variety of remedies including more holistic and homeopathic options. Liked the variety and other options available.

Don't recommend this pharmacy. Very slow service and seen unorganized. I been to other Walgreens pharmacy that was faster then this location.
