Walgreens, Houston TX

Swear they have ppl which no educational back ground working in the pharmacy. Because of their mistake, stating I picked up medication when it's impossible to do so, I have to go without my medication. CVS will be my pharmacy from now on.

Went to this Walgreen's on a Saturday afternoon to pick up my prescription only to find them closed. A worker told me they were on a break. The entire pharmacy department! What kind of poor management garbage is that

Janice was extremely helpful helping me find prescription alternatives for myself. They are always kind and the service is great

I guess the red head lady is new but I had a $10 reward I was trying to use and she didn’t know how to pull it up therefore I spent more money than I needed to. She claimed she didn’t see it but I feel like she didn’t know how to find it, new people shouldn’t be working the register if they don’t know how to.

I have always gone there from meds, to bueaty aids, and most of the staff have been great, one in particular is I think his name was donjay I hope I spelled it right such great help and so patient with this old lady, (me) Thank you guys keep up the great work you can't make everyone happy, just remember to keep smiling and as graceful as possible.

This is one of my favorite Walgreens I usually shop late night but from the minute I step in the store Leslie Ventura always has a great attitude she's very professional, she always greets all the customers once you come in and if you don't know where an item is she will guide directly to the product you need. Hopefully this Walgreens recognizes her for time and dedication because she shows great professionalism to her work ethics I been to several Walgreens and none compare to this one it only takes one great employee to make your day so I recommend all customer's to stop by and shop here.

This store is the worst example of customer service. I will not go back. Not one person knows what is going on. They dont even notify you when there is a problem with your medication. Time for a change.

I was placed on hold more than 5 times. I had to call twice and still no one has picked up the damn phone in the pharmacy dept. This is ridiculous!

I had to wait 30 mins at the pharmacy only to be told that my bottle of cream would be ready in 30 mins, are you kidding me? A bottle of cream. Go else where if you don't want to die waiting to get service.

The pharmacy is slow and they do need improvement, but other than that the new location really makes up for it. Nice parking lot, clean restrooms, all the times I have been everything is really well stock and the staff are always welcoming and have great customer service.

If you need a prescription, the same day do not use this location. If you have some flexibility it may work. If you're sick and need meds right away, this is not the place. Employees are pleasant enough but that doesn't make up for the horrible delays.

I called at 6: 15 pm and they told me my medicine would be ready in 30 mins! Welp it was 845 pm and my medicine was not ready! It’s 9: 20 pm and I finally had my medicine ready! It’s crazy to me! At that the pharmacist was so freaking rude! You honestly need to get better! I can honestly say I’m never coming back! And I wasn’t the only person who wasn’t happy a lot of unhappy patients

I have had problems with my meds from the first day they opened.i don't recommend this wal greens they need better staff that knows what they are doing.

Calling from a doctors office and put on whole for exactly 20 mins. Then a woman picks up just for me to be put back on hold for another 20 minutes. Really upset with the service received. Totally understand why the patient is so frustrated with a medication that's needed asap.

DO NOT use this pharmacy unless you want to wait hours after the time they tell you your medicine will be ready to pick up.

Sloooow to be a new pharmacy, cvs was soooo much faster I just choose to come to this one because it was closer to my house, will not be sending my prescriptions here ever again

I called, told to hold on and no one ever came back on the line. The phone hung up. That’s not good at all!

Holy hell. Every single time I come here the pharmacy is slow as all can be! And the systems have been down 3 times already so they can't take cards! FFS.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. What ever happen to customer service? We will be taking our business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

Really slow pharmacy, horrible customer service. Will be transferring my Rx elsewhere. Good job, Walgreens.
