I was refused to get a refund on a product that is still in a box and within 30 days.
Grace the cashier is a sweetheart and tried her best.

Mr. Adebo can use some training on how to address customers as a manager. He looked at my receipt and said maybe I have already gotten a refund suggesting like I am there to steal or something.

The refund in question is only for $11.99.
I have purchased other products the same day to ease shoulder pain. I have not asked for refund on those even though they did not work and ended up in urgent care.

I would like Walgreens to keep my refund as donation and use it towards employee training so the next customer can get better treatment. I will be going to HEB across the street for future purchases.

Walgreens online is much better but unfortunately they can't show people in this store how to work T_T

Pharmacy staff, Spencer, Johnny and the rest are great, always friendly and professional and get my prescriptions processed quickly!

Went in for a passport photo and the picture quality is horrible. The camera looked like it was from years and years ago. Other than that the staff is super friendly.

Awful service, the make me wait on the phone for over 25 min and never picked up. I went there and a young guy was so rude when I gave him my Rx card for a Med. Discount.he even rolled his eyes at me.

I live right next door to this particular location so I use it often. The old lady w/ long half black half gray hair that is always working is ALWAYS HELLA RUDE! Like dude everyday you’re mad? And if you make a comment about her behavior she likes to start quoting biblical sayings or whatever like if you’re such a “Christian” shouldn’t you be more loving and caring? And let’s not mention her treatment towards Spanish speakers. She just yells at them that she doesn’t understand what they are saying! I cannot believe she is still employed here. I’m gonna have to start calling customer service on her! This is just pitiful!

Terrible service went here today to get a prescription refill. Had the original bottle/printed labels. Was told by Kristine Ordonez that my perception couldn’t be refilled because it had been 6 months. It hadn’t. My original prescription was done on 12/18/2019 & It states that I could obtain a refilled on or before 06/15/2020 WHICH WOULD BE 6 months. As I continued to tell Kristine Ordonez that I had never gotten a refill she repeated asked me as if I was lying to get meds. I then went in & was treated extremely horrible by Chris Nguyen. Who did not have on a Walgreens uniform, but was working behind the counter. When I asked him if he treated all paying customers the way He was treating me. I was ignored & told in a disrespectful, nonchalant voice to go sit down. I then asked Bruce Codd if he was the manager of the Pharmacy area, he said no. I said well, are you a manager for this store? He replied yes & then proceeded to ignore me, completely ignoring the fact that I was having an issue. My experience at this Walgreens was unpleasant & disturbing. The amount of profiling & RACISM I encounter was so off putting I’ll never step foot in another Walgreens EVER AGAIN. If you’re not a person of privilege I suggest you go to another store.

When I went in I was trying to get a photo printed but had never used the machine so I asked the guy at the photo department. He told me that he was busy and in a rush and refused to help me.

Store manager really bad at customer service and that’s supposed to make Walgreens stand out their great customer support but he definitely do not have the skills he doesn’t deserve his position no empathy at all so sad and unprofessional that’s why his store going down hill

Pharmacy Takes way to long and they all lie they say 5minutes and then your waiting 45 minutes later get in line again they say 5 minutes

There are some problems to buy stuff here but the guy and lady are friendly to solve that problem

Horrible customer service. Rude. Never will I spend my money here or bring my prescriptions here. Worst pharmacy ever. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I only come to buy cigs. I know I know it's bad but while I'm there I buy all kinds of other products.the reason for the low review is some computer nerd saw Newport soft packs were popular based on sales. The only problem was that's all you had and we were forced to wait inline for the longest check out times in the industry! I was forced to waste 10 minutes of my life or walk out when all they had was soft pack.news flash tard cigarett buyer, nobody smokes soft pack anymore! Not one person, they all died of cancer long ago. Please for the love of god discontinue all soft packs, they are as dead as your career!

Old white man at the register told me “What do you want? ” in the worst tone. Im not even sensitive, but how are you going to be so rude to a customer? Didnt even catch his name from how quickly i walked out, all i can tell you is that it was an older white man maybe in his late 60s early 70s

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced today and from the Store Manager to top it off! Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Apparently they won’t allow you to use a pre-paid or loaded cash card (same as Debit) to purchase gift cards. Unreal. The Store Manager could use some updated training on this and customer etiquette.

Went there 2 times for the same medicine and they kept saying it's not ready or no prescription was on file. How hard is it to put 6 pills in a bottle.

By far the worst pharmacy staff ever! They take 45 min to an hour to check efax even if you're telling them it's there. Then wait an additional 40 mins to fill. My dad is on life support, I told them I need to get back to the hospital. Slower than a damn dead snail

Called about 15 times! On hold for about 10 minutes! One time someone actually answered and put me on hold and hung up.really.how hard is it to answer a damn phone.

Prescription that I had filled at CVS and at OTHER WALGREENS before and had zero copay, this location charged me $85! I had no choice because I was out of my meds and nobody else had it in stock. They are rude and incompetent 90% of the time. The pharmacy staff needs a major overhaul.
