Walgreens, Spring TX

I ask for help at the photo area and no one came to help me. And they aren’t friendly. Long lines too.

I spent the night at urgent care with my toddler for an ear infection. I left the clinic at 11: 50 PM and called to see if his antibiotic would be ready before they closed. The lady I spoke with said if I could get there before midnight they'd have it ready for me. I wish I knew her name because she was very nice and had no attitude towards me for me pulling up at closing. She has no idea how much she made my night. I really appreciate her help.

Tanny was great. She really helped mye out and I really feel she went the extra mile when I couldn't find my receipt to return an item. The other staff could use a bit of training on customer service. I give my over all experience a 4 but Tanny a 5.

The manager of the store is very rude, I went for a passport photo and she advised me to “Take a selfie and go home”, as their camera is broken. She never apologized for wrong information provided over the phone by a new hire or for the inconvenienced. Whereas, she was finding topics to argue upon, waste time and she was absolutely rude person. While I was leaving the store she laughed at me so loud that all customers and myself heard her voice.

If Walgreens would keep these kind of managers, I wonder how customers will be handled.

Poor service.

They said they would text me when the script is ready. 4 days ago it wasnt ready. Called today and now they dont even have any info for me or script?

The manager Christina is great. She helped me resolve a issue I had and I will continue to spend money here.

We’re not doing Western Union (receiving) transactions, the cashier said.
What kind of service is this, you either do both send/receive or non.

I would give this review no stars, but that’s not an option. There is a serious lack of customer service in this store along with it being terribly understaffed. I don’t have time to discuss the horrible service in the pharmacy. I will gladly drive farther to ANY other drugstore. You’ve lost this customer permanently.

Every time I go there to get my prescription there’s some kind of drama this this pharmacy. Employees are mean and angry.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used and would have changed long ago but insurance made that difficult. Pharmacy looks a mess because it is. If you can get your meds anywhere else run (don't walk) to another pharmacy.

This location seems nice, is in a nice area but the pharmacy is slow and the employees are not resourceful at all. They don’t know where anything is. We sat at the pharmacy lane 2 for 10 minutes while the woman helped a big truck, proceeded to wait another 10 minutes just for the man to take the BMW in lane 1. I was here first and I just want to fill my moms perscription and get back to work. Where is the efficiency? Where is the smile and customer service? If there was a ZERO rating, y’all would get it.

This location sucks customer service is the worst again, but I figured I'll give it another try.i made a stop here to get a mothers day card and some daily goods I normally would get at Wal-Mart.nope never again.heavy set light skinned kid with black short hair followed me said he likes my dyed hair so I was having small talk with him about me doing it (my hair) over the weekend and was joking about the process he then brushes me off by saying he doesn't know anything about that (umm awkward okay) i felt so dumb any way so I continue to shop.as I walk around it felt like as if he was following me then says oh do you need help I'm not saying youre stealing or anything but you keep walking around.umm news flash dummy that's what ppl do at a convenient store/department store thay constantly restocks on new items seasonally.anyway on my way out I asked were the brown mailing envelopes were.he did so help me.i mean I know where they were I just figured I'd give him something to do.so as i go to pick up a western union I'm told it's too late.really other locations still run till 10pm seems as though they were pushing customers out.so I went to another location after purchasing my items to take care of my business this place really isn't a place to feel welcomed at.i will defitnetly tell ppl I know not to go to this location.very unprofessional and sloppy

Great service in the photo department! Aaron and Quann helped me print my son's birthday invitation after their card printer broke down over night. They had a solution ready before I even arrived at the store. They could have easily shrugged their shoulders and told me 'tough luck', but instead they went over and above to provide proactive, professional service - and they did it with an awesome attitude. Thank you!

The overnight pharmacist Mr. Alexander is the most kind and helpful pharmacist I have ever encountered. He helped so much and I would like to send a special thank you to him. This will be my store from now on.

The overall store is excellent. The night manager 2/1/2018 was amazing. The problem I have is the night pharmacist. He is rude and obnoxious for no particular reason. He speaks to you like you are dumb. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at Walgreens until now.

Worst pharmacy personnel i had to deal with.
A couple of weeks ago, i had to wait a long time for a medication that was sent for my kid and their attitude was horrible.
Today, i went to put a prescription for 3 items and the lady right away said 2 hours because they have a lot of work.well, when you don't have enough people to fill those prescriptions PLUS you make mistakes like the gentlemen in front of me who waited 20 minutes just to get the prescriptions the right way after the pharmacy messed it up.
Besides their not so friendly attitude and mistakes, i took my prescription to CVS on Champions Forest and i was done in 10 minutes!
No more business with Walgreens. I'm sticking with CVS for life! Period!

Nice that they were open on Christmas Day, that saved my bacon. However, they allowed one car to drop off their prescription and then just waited in line for it. Really backed up the line. Sucks for people who have a prescription on file already because they have to wait.

Horrible service. Don't even bother with the pharmacy. Store checkout is very bad. FedEx uses them as a drop off, good luck getting help with that.

Great customer service. Prices are correct if you consider that Walgreens is a convenience company with a pharmacy inside. I really appreciate that this location is open 24 hours with a pharmacist on duty all day and night. Thank you Walgreens for this commitment to our community.

It's a nicely put together place since they remodeled. I'm usually in there late so there's no line most of the time. Sometimes it's difficult to get checked out because the one person working is doing other things. Service is good mostly.
