Drug Store Walgreens reviews
22 I made an appointment for my vaccine.
Got there 15 minutes early, and checked in with a pharmacy tech who said my name would be called once they were ready for me.
Waiting over 30 minutes, only for the pharmacist to say that the pharm tech did not in fact check me in, and that I needed to fill out paperwork, which I thought was weird cause I did it online when I made my appointment! I didn't even get my vaccine because at that point I wasn't about to wait another 30 minutes while they took everyone else ahead of me because at that point I'd been marked as a walk in.
I absolutely despise using this pharmacy because the techs nor the pharmacist in charge just never seem to have their act together.
Rude rude employee here. She was the cashier and the rudest person I have ever met. I spoke with manager and he was extremely nice. I will never go back in there again
Got there at 1130 door wouldn't open. Was told they were closed but the sign reads open until midnight.
I was getting one picture done and
Ms. Sonia Rogers got it done in
under 1 minute. She was very helpful and.nice.if I didnt live so far I would definitely come back here for my photos. Thank you so much for your time and help Ms. Rogers. Even know she was wearing mask her smile lit up. She made my day.
The technicians in the pharmacy really need to learn phone etiquette before handling the phone and acting unprofessional. They don't deserve to work there because they are spoiling the image of Walgreens. I called the pharmacy and the technician picked up the phone and said something I couldn't understand and kept putting me on hold, not even a chance for me to speak. That is really bad.
Made appointment online as requested, filled out all of their paperwork online, arrived 5 minutes early for round two of my shingles vaccine. They make me do everything, all paperwork etc over again. When I ask why, they don’t have the courtesy to reply. Slow time of day no one in line for Rx yet I have to wait 30 minutes past the appointment I made. The worst part is they don’t even care.
What a horrible place - abysmal service completely ruins the experience here. Employees have been in a bad mood, not paying attention, not responding, or starting to argue when asked something on literally all of our visits.
Hey lady at the photo counter.maybe you could try enforcing the county mask order without the toxic attitude. The staff at CVS across the street can provide some pointers on how to interact with customers.
I walked in the store without a mask on 07/23 at 11: 00am. Cashier st the time got my attention about not having on a mask, which I deeply appreciated. The issue was an oriental person came in right after me with no mask. I told her, I'm sorry sir, but he's an employee. I can't tell him anything. He knows better but I apologize. She said if you want to address it to him you can't. I didn't feel right that we are obligated to wear a mask due to the pandemic but the employee felt no need to wear one and no one of management told him anything.
Very disappointed. Went to drop off a package at the FedEx counter there and was told “we already had too many boxes” so they couldn’t take mine?
I’ve used Walgreens for more than a decade, and after using this one, I will never use any Walgreens ever again. I recently moved back to Houston, and went to pick up a prescription here, to which they told me they accidentally voided it and that I would need to wait for it doctor to re send. I asked why it was deleted and the pharmacist told me it was because I abused drugs. I’m sorry? !? ! Fast forward a month later, my doctor in Houston (who was my previous physician for years before a one year move in San Antonio) sent a prescription here because CVS (my now normal pharmacy) was out of the medication due to Corona, and told me to call Walgreens which is next door. Walgreens called me, told me they wouldn’t fill it because it wasn’t the same doctor as last time (I JUST MOVED BACK!). And that it was against their policy to subscribe that to drug addicts. I’m currently in contact with the government and DEA, and luckily recorded my phone convos with them as well as in person visit to show how awful this Walgreens has been. I cannot believe the way the employees here treat customers. If you have a problem with my medication, call my doctor. You’re there to prescribe me medication, not call me a drug addict. Literally disgusted.
Don’t go here, they give you a different prescription every time you go even though you ask for the exact same thing. Terrible service.
This must be the busiest pharmacy in America (hard to believe) since they mess up my prescription every month. I'm not coming back.
I came to return something that i bought yesterday at another walgreens location, and i was told they could not take it because this store doesnt stock that item. I was told at a few other locations that i could return anything bought at a walgreens to any walgreens. Avoid this location at all costs. The staff is extremly rude.
Very poor customer service especially a Latino woman that is ALWAYS on a very bad attitude. The other attendants seem to be very friendly.
Nest time I go to this pharmacy I will get the right name of the parson I am talking about.
I get my Rx here. The staff goes above and beyond to help me keep going each month.
Thank you so much.
I usually use the CVS across the street, but they occasionally don't have medications in stock. After trying this Walgreens I'll wait as long as it takes for CVS to order what I need. This Walgreens will wait until you try to pick up to tell you they haven't refilled the prescription for whatever reason instead of calling. With one car ahead of me, I waited about 30 minutes just to find out one wasn't filled! Slowest service EVER, both times I've been here!
These are the rudest staff. All of them are u proffesional. The pharmacy manager is a joke. I would highly recommend going to a different walgreens o
Every time I call to refill/check on a prescription, I am on hold for 20 minutes. Ridiculous.
The CVS right next door is wayyy faster.
I will never go to this store unless I absolutely have to. Mostly it's a staff issue: extremely slow at the pharmacy, inattentive, and oblivious to the fact that every competing pharmacy within 10 miles offers a seamless experience that these people will never attain. Pathetic
