Walgreens, Spring TX

Horrible experience, had passport photos taken for my kids, they refused to cut the photos to the size, and told me to cut at home with scissor, charged over $32.
Very poor service

I went into this location today (3-24) (Champions Forest and Spring Cypress)
found the item I went in for and checked the toilet paper aisle which was empty as every place I had been to. I was at the register to check out when a lady pushing a basket filled with toilet paper came to the other register followed by the young black guy who worked there, I had noticed the Walgreens truck unloading when I pulled in the parking lot. I asked the woman who works in the cosmetics and who was checking me out if they had toilet paper and she said yes, the truck was unloading it and they would be stocking after it was checked in, I said well if you can go back and get it for her, why not me? I got no answer, she just walked off; also, the sign says you are limited to 2 but this lady clearly had way more than 2. If you are going to favor some of your friends, don't do it in front of customers, that was rude and unprofessional and clearly not following the signs posted by Walgreens,

Don’t know why, but the cashier must have been biased against me for some reason to make two other customers behind me cut in front of me for no reason. Then they ignored me at checkout. Not great customer service.

Worst Walgreens location. The store itself it's great, store is clean and items are always in stock but SOME cashiers are extremely rude (a male cashier always has an attitude and every time he gets a chance he goes outside and smoke and goes back inside with a strong smoke smell) I've been there at different days and times of the week and always see him. Oh and if you have paper, digital or store cupons don't use them there, they don't like cupons and if you try using cupons they will treat you like a thief and embarrass you in front of other customers. Just go to another Walgreens location instead.

Syed, the photo technician is a genius at his job, one of the best and polite associates I've ever met.

Staff is friendly service is adequate at best kind of slow but it only becomes a problem if it's high traffic during the afternoon and in the evenings but I try to stay out of Walgreens and CVS all together if I have prescriptions I can get them filled online Jeremy you know when you need to have your medication refilled and you do it beforehand just have it delivered to my house

Went to get an order I had placed online for some pictures. I got to the counter and waited for about 5 minutes.nobody around or asked if I needed help. So I started to look around for someone to help me. Further down the aisle there was an associate pulling bags of chips, I asked if they could help and she said she would be there in a minute. Five more minutes went by and she approached the counter with an irritated attitude. She handed me a folder and noticed it was only one picture and I explained that there was more that I ordered. She replied very rudely that was all they had and maybe I didn't order it right and I would have to submit the order again. I asked if I didn't order correctly why did this one get printed, it was all one order. I tried to show her the email with the information and how many pictures were in the order. She proceeded to tell me that the one picture was all she had. I told her to keep that picture and I would order from another Walgreens. I asked for a manager and she replied that she was the manager. Never once did she say sorry, try to make it better or try to help. She was very rude, flippant and condescending. After I left the store I got a phone call saying that the other pictures were found and printed. I replied that I ordered at another store and I would not be back. She said that the order was just a waste of her time and money and hung up.

I don’t quite understand why the WHOLE pharmacy takes their lunch break all at once. It’s a big inconvience and poor customer service.very disappointed.

Store always clean. Employees are about as nice and helpful as you might expect for the pay. My only complaint (and this is the chain's doing, not this specific location) the lighting around their makeup section (where you can test stuff) makes it hard to actually see the products.at least if you're tall.

Pharmacy is always closing early three days in a row this week. They have great customer service otherwise I do need reliability from them too.

This is a truly unique Corporate Pharmacy, it feels like your family has owned it as a single location in the front of your neighborhood since you were born. The service is awesome, prompt and they really do care about you! They will honestly bend over backwards to help you quickly get in and out. They get 5 stars and Thelma gets 10! My Pharmacy for Life!

Bought a 12oz coke and when I opened it it was flat! Looked at the date and it is two years old! This let's you know there sodas aren't checked! My advice if you shop here CHECK THE DATE!

very long wait lines and they're just sitting there chatting up with people instead of making sure the line is moving

The pharmacy staff are great I'm not impressed with the new automated phone refill this is the second time in a row it didn't work kicks you off to some other line besides the pharmacy

I love this place. Miss Courtney is the absolute best in the Pharmacy. She's warm, polite and prompt. She also takes the time to greet you and make sure you're OK! I love these Happy people.

After waiting for manager for a long time. Manager didnt allow to use store coupon with manufacturing. Went to another location and bought it. Avoid
