12 Most of the pharmacy technicians are really helpful and friendly here. But the male technician is so rude, unhelpful and condescending. I have been coming here for years and he is so incredibly rude every time I’ve had to speak to him. I’m assuming his name is Duane B.based on the other reviews of horrible experiences dealing with him.
Maybe find a new job if you don’t like speaking to customers. What an absolutely miserable person
Placed an online order for pick up for 8 items and only 3 were available. From the 3 they did have 1 of them was damaged so had to go back and return it. To make matters worse, one of the items from my online order was available in store. Avoid this place if you can.
On 3/30/23 the pharmacist charged my husband (68.99) for my omeprazole (which is usually covered). When I called the same night to ask Why-he said that my insurance did not cover it. I explained to him that my insurance had always covered it. He then told me that the 20 mg omeprazole can be purchased OTC so that's why they didn't cover it. I repeated asked him if he was sure.to which he rudely responded YES! On 5/27/23 I picked up my Omeprazole at a different Walgreens location and paid 0.00. I returned to the previous location to show them that is was covered and requested a refund. The manager told me she could not refund my money. Then told me the best she could do is give me a Walgreens gift card (which I did not want). I asked that the money be returned to my original form of payment, but she refused. I explained to her that this error was their fault and appeared fraudulent to me as I had called and informed the pharmacist that my insurance covered my omeprazole. He adamantly told me it did not and charged me cash! They are were rude. I will not use this location anymore!
We were charged $50 for a prescription, no generic offered. Another in-network pharmacy filled the generic for $7.
My wife tried to return it and was refused, despite being within the quoted 7 day window for returns, and still being in the original packaging and factory sealed.
The worst part is that pharmacist Duane B.was incredibly rude and demeaning and made a very sweet woman cry.
Horribly rude pharmacist. Treated me like a criminal just for trying to get an adderall script filled.
WORST pharmacy in Frisco hands down. Disorganization, poor communication and zero customer service. My family was forced to go back to Walgreens because of insurance. Tried to make it work- can’t do it. Look for another option immediately
Not recommend being here! Unkind and rude staff.
I have been there to print my pictures, the guy was looking at us while printing. When we tried walking towards him he asked us are u guys done with adding the pictures. When we said yes, he said the photo session is closed and come back tomorrow. I asked him you should have said that earlier, which would have saved our 30mins of time. When we asked him you should have told us earlier. He called an other staff, the other guys was so rude to work at a place where he would have to interact with people. I wish i remebered there names, but unfortunately i dont. But the 2 of them were arrogant and rude to customers. Which made me feel bad for being there at a saturday night. Which kind of spoiled my evening.
If only I could give zero stars! Do not bother coming here if you are needing to use fedex services. The man behind the counter who clearly hates his job refused to even help me when I told him that I had a fedex return QR code. I was needing to make a return and the return instructions given to me clearly said that I did not need to print a label and to show the QR code. The man was irritated stating I clearly do not understand shipping if I did not print a label. He continued to interrupt me as I was trying to explain that the shipping instructions given to me clearly state I do not need to print a label and simply need to show the QR and when I click locations that accept it, it clearly pulled up this Walgreens location. Will never return to this location for any reason again.
Worst terrible service and staff ever! The staff is not helpful at all. Unfortunately I have to say that they all are rude! After being here on time for covid test as I scheduled, it took them 20 minutes to finally find my appointment! And they asked me to turn and go back at the end of the drive through till they make the test ready! Which it supposed to be ready by my arrival time And they were rude enough for not being even sorry for the inconvenience. Now I am the last car in the line and there is 5 cars in front me. Although my appointment schedule for drive tru test but I offer them To go in and get my test done to save my time and guess what, they could not do it! So irresponsible for all the inconvenience that they caused! It took me another 27 minutes to get back to the window! My time is valuable and I ended to reschedule my meeting because of their fault and as simple as this no one even told me SORRY! They should take responsibility of their fault. In my previous experience with them even the pharmacist was so rude and I’m not sure if that is the kind of service that Walgreens culture looked for but this location for sure is the worst one!
I received my Covid Vaccine here and it was quick and effortless. The person who did the injection was very swift and it was painless.
I was told multiple times that they were waiting on my doctor to authorize a refill. The truth was that they didn’t have enough of the medication in the store to fill the order. Incompetent and dishonest.
Pharmacy has always helped me and been courteous. Drive in pharmacy personnel are the best
