Walgreens, Austin TX

I went to Walgreen's pharmacy, only to see it closed early. Where did they post this information? On the front door. Seriously?

Pharmacy can be good some times or really really bad other times. I waited 40 mins, then they told me I had to wait another 30 minutes, so they can work on my prescription. Every person in line should be treated the same way they arrive. First in first out. Period.

Don’t get a PCR test here. Went for a PCR test, 108 hours later (4.5 days) and no results. These should be ready in 48 hours or less. Healthcare services just want to take your money, could care less on providing a decent service.

Jack in the pharmacy remembers my name. They don’t have everything right every time, but they will do whatever is necessary to get it right. In challenging times for staffing, they are doing great!

Disrespectful and lazy pharmacy staff. Denied my vaccine request with a previous online booking due to "not having sufficient documents in the system and that they have other things to do" although the branch 5 mins away accepted my request respectfully.

Consistently waiting 45-50 mins to pick up my prescription. They need more staff in the pharmacy.

Took almost 50 minutes to get the booster shot yesterday afternoon. And the staff was rude when asked how long we still had to wait.

Moved all prescriptions to Wallgreens from CVS because CVS had trouble getting 1 type of medication. Wallgreens said "we can get that"
Now 6 months into this and they NEVER have the medication. Don't offer something just to drop the ball. It's not cool at all when you are dealing with someone's health.

This is an awesome location! Idk what these other people are talking about. Keep coming to this location!

Door standing wide open and no staff to be found. If you want to steal stuff this is your place.

I love the pharmacy at this Walgreens location. They are so courteous so knowledgeable and helpful and I really appreciate everything they do

Will never be shopping here again! Young man with blonde highlights was so extremely disrespectful! Sent my photos in last Sunday and was told to pick them up the previous Monday only to find out they won’t be done for another 14 days! Work on your interviewing process a little more and maybe hire people that actually know what they are talking about and won’t be rude!

Maybe u should have your employees smoke a little further away than 10 feet from your front door!
