Drug Store Walgreens reviews
13Put on hold by pharmacy for 27 minutes while they blatantly ignored me till finally automated voice tells me sorry try again later goodbye CLICK! FINALLY DROVE OVER TO THE PLACE WHERE I FIND THE STAFF HANGING AROUND LAUGHING DOING NOTHING DUE TO BEING SLOW. YET HELPING ME OVER THE PHONE WAS JUST TO DIFFICULT APPARENTLY! NEVER AGAIN WITH WALGREENS NEVER!
After Knee replacement surgery 5/11 my doctor submitted 4 prescriptions. Discharge 5/12 go directly to pick up prescriptions. Got home with 3 out of 4. I called to see what was the problem. Pharmacist tried to say the missing meds were not submitted at the same time. They won't deliver or ship pain meds. So I'm home day 1 from knee replacement surgery, unable to return to the pharmacy for pain meds they said were ready and required my ID but then somehow "overlooked" putting in the bag with the other meds. Completely unsympathetic for the imposition they've put me in.
Terrible place wouldn’t recommend working here either, Staff doesn’t care if your sick or not because there “too short staffed” hire more people, Was also informed that workers have worked with the flu b4 with Covid around that is idiotic idc who it offends, Only the store manager is allowed to take weeks off due to health issues, I get he has heart issues but I did too and presented my proof for it, Was still let go due to not being reliable, I also have A disability and informed them of this and was still walked across, these people discriminate against people with disabilities be advised.
I will no longer do business here anymore. I purchased a movie AquaMan the day before Christmas along with two $50 gift cards, two Christmas cards and envelopes for the cards. When I got home and put the movie in my Blu-ray player it wouldn’t play and gave me an error message. So today I went to return it and the cashier said that it wasn’t on the receipt and that it was rang up for a different movie. I remember when I purchased the movie the guy told me it was one of his favorites. The guy also had the line backed up that day as well. The lady Kira was asked to come to the front to help the lady about my situation. And she asked me if I gave my phone number to the cashier that day and I said no because I don’t have an account their and she told me “We can’t give you a refund”. So I said I’ll just throw the movie away because it doesn’t even play. I honestly feel like they didn’t wanna give me my money back which is cool. Talk about RIDICULOUS! Again I will no longer go to their store and that’s a promise
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have been under a lot of pressure with COVID and being short handed. I feel for them. They deserve a huge pat on the back.
This store closed at 10: 00 not at 12: 00 the workers leave early they actually close at 9: 52 after driving so far based on the internet's time I didn't want anyone else to go through that so the actual time is not right
I have a prescription there and noone can tell me when I can pick it up. This is serious to have ppls meds locked away in a pharmacy that is closed untill further notice.scared about this. What do we do plz help
They are usually busy but always treat their customers with care. My wife and I witnessed another customer berating and swearing at them but they were professional and helpful the whole time.
This location is the 1 out of 3 Longview, Texas locations you can bring your medical waste. Back at the pharmacy counter there is a large bin, you drop through the door and that's it. Easy peasy
I just had a great experience doing a drive through prescription pickup here. The staff was fast, friendly, and very helpful!
I am so disappointed in this store. During a time of need in this pandemic you have decided to price gouge and charge 8.99$ for a pack of 4 rolls toilet paper. You and your company should really be ashamed. That is not the American way.
Reading the reviews, apparently Walgreens has stepped up on employee/customer relations. I have been having great response time with our prescriptions. Was in there last night because we changed my husbands scripts to Walgreens, I mean BAM they got them done, were very helpful and the consult told me what I didn't know about them. Plus I don't get a mile long receipt with rewards I have to keep up with like their competier down the street, they keep the rewards are in their system.
