This store should get closed down permanently as staff is super rude with zero customer service. I do not recommend anyone going to this store.

I wouldn't give it any stars, but 1 it shall be. Drive thru lines are ridiculously long and can be in your car waiting for almost an hour. And let's not mention that the pharmacy doesn't know or train those to know how to run prescriptions through the insurance and the patient is left without her medication for 2 weeks. If this prescription was a life-or-death type, I would have been dead because of your pharmacy error.

My little brother is special needs and has intellectual disabilities, but my family and I will allow him to walk around the neighborhood to run small errands. So you can expect my shock and anger when he called me telling me that he was at Walgreens and they were trying to get his social security number for a credit card. ARE YOU SERIOUS? He told me that the employee never disclosed what he was signing up for, and when we confronted her she got nervous and canceled everything. Not only is the SERVICE bad at this location, but so are the employees. Never ever again. We have never experienced this issue anywhere else but hey I guess at the end of the day business is business no matter who is affected by this. Experience took place 1/29/2023 at 12: 40 pm

WORST manager ever (Iris) I printed 13 photos and arrived to my classroom to find out I only had 11. They were meant to be used for Christmas ornaments. My photo receipt said 13 ordered but the hard copy that comes with the picture sample said qty 11. Me thinking they would be quick to do the right thing and to save me time, I ordered the two pictures missing. Boy was I wrong! The manager was rude and basically blamed me for not double checking! I understand the costumer should check however they should be the first to double check they print out the right amount of photos. She said I took too long to return when it had only been the day before! She did end up letting me take the pictures but it was after she blamed me and refused to do so and not apologize for their mistake at all!

They take way too long on filling medication orders this was my first time and they kept lying saying another hour I finally got fed up after 5 hours of wasted time and moved the prescription elsewhere!

Worst customer service at Walgreens. If I could give them 0 stars i would! Will never go back. Besides waiting in line for over 40 min to then be told sorry we are closed come back tomorrow, the employee's were rude.
The employee's should be trained on how to treat customers. Definitely will take my business to CVS.

Avoid coming to get vaccinated for any shot almost a hour waiting and i had a appointment idk if it’s cause thre understaff or what but unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It took them several days to prepare prescriptions for my sick child. They had all of the medications needed. They just could not be bothered to get them done. Then they couldn't find another one. If you actually NEED your prescription, avoid this place at all cost!

Drive thru sucks, its ridiculous how long you have to wait. Walgreens were known for its fast friendly service, but it all has gone down. Very disappointed

Tierra Este and Edgemere pharmacy drive thru wait time is ridiculous! One lane open and averaging 20 minutes a customer.

The automated system doesn't tell you that they won't start filling a prescription until they have your insurance in their system. After waiting 3hrs with their automated system saying I will get a notification when it's ready, I chose to speak to someone. Now it's finally being processed.

I went to village medical on Montwood. Prescriptions sent to edgemere Walgreens, they did not give me 1 of the 3 prescriptions, which happen to be my Covid antibiotic prescribed which was covered by my insurance. I called to tell them that I got my husbands three meds I didn’t get one of mine. They told me they had to check the cameras I told them that it wasn’t in there for them to call me back to tell me when I could pick it up after they check the cameras. I had to call them back they told me that they did put it in there. It was NEVER given to me. I told her I wanted to see the footage she said she couldn’t do it all she could do is call in the order and I would have to pay full price. This is crazy I never got my meds!

Worst store in the whole city!
Avoid this store at all cost! The customer service is trash!
The management team should be embarrassed for letting this store drop so low.

Very disappointed with the attitude in the photo lab, my husband went by to drop off a package as they offer Fedex services as I was not aware of that so I thought this is great and how convenient. Printed out the shipping label provided and selected the location listed from the vendor I ordered from and listed this Walgreens as an option. Well people, make sure to take your business else where. People were so rude and said this is not the shipping label when the label clearly states “shipping label” and a sarcastic remark of “you’re going to ship it like that” since my husband didn’t have a box and at FedEx locations you can normally buy a box or bag to put your stuff in. Instead of being polite and say something along the lines of Im sorry sir but we don’t have boxes here you have to purchase or bring your own. This experience was very unpleasant and rude! Managers of Walgreens if you’re reading this you really need to step up your game as a manager and RE-TRAIN your associates with positive attitudes and customer service skills.

I work in customer service and sales.and our golden rule is, never tell the customer that they are wrong without first verifying the information the customer gives you.

On this occasion, I mentioned to the cashier that she was charging me 5 dlls more for a product and that I saw the tag for a lower price.and she arrogant just said: are you going to want it or not? I said give it to me, I'm in a hurry, I paid and decided to talk to the manager, another arrogant person who didn't believe me, so we went to see the price and they had to give me my 5dlls back.

Drive thru to pick up prescription was excessively long. No other Walgreens I’ve used here was as slow as this one. I received a text my daughters prescription was ready. I couldn’t go inside and wait bc I have impatient 3 year old with an injured eye and 1 year old. I feel if you can’t service the person at the window than ask them to come back or come inside if something further needs to be done so the rest of us who are simply picking up aren’t waiting so long. Insurance is verified and scripts are ready. I just needed to pay co pay and be on my way. What an exhausting experience. Never this location again.
