I pick up my birth control every month on time and always on a Sunday. I was emailed a week ago about my approaching scheduled pickup on 2/26/23 but this time no email or call the day of pickup. I show up anyway on 2/26/23 and was told "the shipment was delayed". How does this happen? It is a prescription that is required to be taken on schedule! The pharmacist and I go back and forth about this only for him to tell me " just wait a moment let me see what I can do". Lo and behold, he conjured up the birth control pills that were there whole time! What kind of games yall playing?

The pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. I waited 15 min just to by an over counter medicine.not a prescription

I would not suggest using this location for anything, and I mean anything. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my home; however, I will drive the extra miles if possible to avoid this location at all cost. The customer service at this location is terrible. The pharmacy and the workers are nonexistent. It’s just a waste of space.

I went in here almost a month ago to make a return and couldn't believe how hot it was. Today I was shocked to walk in and find the air was still out! Are you kidding me? ! I walked in and right back out. It is the 2nd hottest month in TX and walgreens corporate seriously expects its employees to work in those hellish temps. I'm sorry but it's summer, in TX! That is cruel. Not to mention you want your customers to buy any kind of food or have meds filled at a place that is 90 to 100 degrees? I don't think so. That is unsanitary conditions and you should be ashamed of yourselves for making someone come to work in that. I will not be subjecting myself to shopping in that store ever again.

I find it very disturbing that a big company like Walgreens would allow their air conditioner to be out for the past two weeks. Its summer time with temperatures close to a 100 outside, and the temperature inside the store is even hotter and humid. Who wants to shop and feel like you're in a sauna. Heat also attracts germs and viruses.
What I find extremely unbelievable is they actually expect and force their employees to work in that heat. If you don't care about your employees, you surely don't care about your customer. An employee is a potential customer and it looks very bad.
So it's all about greed and making money. I'm surprised nobody has fainted or had an asthma attack.

The pharmacy drive thru is always slow. Expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes once you pull up to the window. It is faster for me to get my two small children out of car seats and go inside.

They had crackers and cheese whiz packs that were on sale for $1. I bought 2. Shame on me for not being more vigilant and looking into such a great deal. They were expired and tasted worse than normal processed cheese. Can you believe that!? I'll never get that $2 back.

Don’t go to this store! Only one person serving!
It took over 45 minutes per person! I just waiting for Covid shot over 50 minutes still waiting! I advise you not to waste your time!

Went in for a couple of things today at 2: 30. Cashier was yelling at someone. Then the next person in line said can I ask you a question? Cashier started yelling what's your phone number. Lady said I just have a question. She continues to yell over and over what's your phone number. I put my stuff down and went across to CVS. I will never go into Walgreens again.

Terrible for COVID19 vaccines. Made an appointment online, printed questionnaire and had it filled out upon arrival and was there 20 minutes early for a 5: 30 pm appointment.

30 minutes later at 6: 00 pm they call someone who came AFTER me! I asked for my paperwork back and left. No inquiry as to why I left without service or apology. Nothing. They just didn't seem to care.

Every single time I come into this location I am met buy the cashier saying Hi then Standing for 10 minutes waiting for help in the photos department. The whole time I am waiting the cashier is looking at me and just waiting to see if someone will see me.

There is a CVS across the street go there at least they will smile at you and help you find things.

My prescription was to be filled on September 28, no luck there. Called Walgreens today and someone in the pharmacy told me it would be ready at 7pm today October 1st. Went to pick up my meds at 9: 55pm and the pharmacist says it’s out of stock! I’m confused as to why whom ever I spoke with at 6pm didn’t let me know that my prescription couldn’t be filled. No phone call after the fact or anything! Then I’m told to call my doctor And request a new prescription be sent to another pharmacy, on a Friday night! Way to go Walgreens for dropping the ball along with terrible customer service! This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location, but this will be the last time that I have my prescriptions sent here!

Good morning. Somehow I am supposed to know that morning vaccines are by appointment only. I waited 45 minutes before I asked if we needed to come back. Pharmacist Pham asked me for my appointment time. I said we walked in. He was very short in informing me of the appointment protocol. I mentioned that nowhere did I see that information. We could have made an appointment or at least made better use of our morning instead of being here.

Ordered something online for same day delivery, was told it would take 1-2 hours. Payed extra for that too, then they use doordash. Never got my order and didn’t let me submit feedback either. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy will not give you medicine that is ordered by my physician. Says I have to come back in 2 days? Terribly inconvenient my last time refilling here!
