Walgreens, El Paso TX

Throughout my pregnancy and now with my baby born, I used this Walgreens pharmacy. They’ve always been friendly, professional, and attentive. I pick up monthly prescriptions and never had an issue. When I had questions about cold medicines while I was pregnant, the pharmacist doubled check my medicine. Months later with another cold, I asked regarding one medicine while still nursing, and they mentioned not to take it. In fact, my MedPost doctor did not considered the fact I was currently nursing. I have health insurance that alleviate/covers the costs of prescription.

Someone is going to get sick or worse if they don’t stop giving out the wrong prescriptions. There are too many stories on here about giving out wrong prescriptions. Including mine.

The people that work here are extremely rude, they have an attitude and on top of everything else, they never have my prescription ready, even though you ordered with plenty of time. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to CVS

WRONG PRESCRIPTION HANDED OUT, PHARMACIST SHRUGS IT OFF. The pharmacist gave our daughter the wrong medication. They gave her heart medication instead of her actual prescription. Thank God we caught it. When I confronted the pharmacist about she didn't care and said they had read the prescription wrong. No apology from her and she acted like that was a normal occurrence. I will not be back.

The worst pharmacy service I have ever had, I would prefer Walmart a thousand times more than this
