Exceeded expectations. Greeted with a smile by Layla upon entry. Approached by Kayla to assist in locating merchandise. Layla and Kayla are fine representatives for your store and would be great employees for any company. Highly recommend!

I walked in to get passport pictures done today and the woman was hilariously rude. She said only if the camera was working (which that part is reasonable) and when it was confirmed the camera was working, she informed me that it would take 45 minutes to print the photos? She pointed to her screen with multiple orders and said I had to wait for those to print but I have never heard of having to wait to for online orders to print before printing out passport photos… she was incredibly snippy and clearly didn’t want to deal with me like babe, if you didn’t want to take passport photos just lie about the camera not working! I would have been satisfied with that answer LOL

EDIT:
Went to another Walgreens and they were angels and asked about that policy, supposedly that is correct, they are supposed to go through orders the way they come in. Most employees don’t do that for passport photos to move customers along but that is policy. Changed from one star to two stars because she was still rude af lol

Associates at THIS Walgreens are always EXTREMELY rude. They pick and choose who they want to honor their CONSTANT mislabeled discounts for. Don’t bother talking to anyone or writing a letter to corporate because nobody at Walgreens cares.

Pharmacy filled prescriptions one with wrong strength also failed to inform me of adverse reactions of another when taken with another medication. Returned to store pharmacist corrected problem with no apologies nor did he seem to care. Transferring 8 prescriptions to H‑E‑B which is closer to my home. Stay away from this pharmacy.

Occasionally I will stop at this location and get a few things I need on my way home and the customer service is just not there at this store. I would rather drive a little further and get better CS at the location in Tomball.

Can’t say enough great things about this pharmacy. My nearby pharmacy is always running behind and short staffed. This one is always quick to fill scripts when asked and one employee even helped me shop prices when a script was extremely expensive with insurance. Thank you for always being helpful!

Ordered 3 pictures to be printed. Got home and they were pictures of someone’s ultrasound and baby. Not mine. Called back to ask for a refund since I’m no longer in town and am going to have to go somewhere else to get these reprinted, and the man on the phone (with a terrible attitude) told me they can’t do refunds on the phone. I’m sorry? First of all this is your fault and you should be apologizing (never once said sorry), second of all I should not have to drive other there and come back for YOUR mistake. I will never return to this walgreens for a photo order and I suggest you do not either. Terrible customer service.

We used this Walgreens at Northpointe intersection primarily because of its location, and we had very few problems with prescriptions.
However, We will likely use another pharmacy. Scheduled back to back appointments (on the hour, then 15min after) for flu shots online, the day of the appointment (the online calendar showed a full day of open slots). We arrived on time, and there was no line of customers in-store, occasional cars in drive-through, yet we waited for about 15-20 minutes, until we just canceled and left. I would understand if they were understaffed, but it's not like we were there at rush hour, these appointments were for late weekday morning.

When we finally asked, "How much longer? " The tech just told us, "It'll be a few more minutes, our pharmacist has to fill prescriptions, TOO. " Didn't ask if we wanted to reschedule, didn't even put in any effort whatsoever to accommodate us. So proving immunizations was a low priority at this location, it seems. We were invisible.
Nice customer service and communications training, Walgreens.
This is one of those times I'd prefer AI or machines over humans.

Appreciate their pharmacy services. We are weekly customers unfortunately.

A messaging system in the app would help with minor questions so as not to overload the phone system during busy times
