This was my first and will be my last time visiting this location. The customer service in the pharmacy area was absolutely horrible. While I do understand that my doctor left off some important information when sending over the prescription, both the employee and pharmacy manager did nothing to help in resolving this. Instead they chose to lie about attempting to call the doctor to get the missing information and also chose to make rude comments towards me. Meanwhile I was able to call the after hours line of the doctor's office and reach a nurse immediately. Who then called the pharmacy to provide the info. The nurse also informed me that the pharmacy manager was very rude to her as well and that the pharmacy in question knows very well that this particular doctor has a triage line to assist with these type of scenarios. I realize that my doctor made the error but the pharmacy manager that I encountered today lacked empathy and compassion and did not even attempt to try to resolve the issue. Instead he turned me away and had a horrible attitude.

We went for vaccines, arrived 20 minutes early. We were asked to wait until our registered check in times to check in. While checking in we were told our insurance didn't cover the vaccines. It would have been nice to do the check in when we arrived and not wait around to be told we need to go somewhere else.

I love this walgreens! It’s 24 hours which makes getting prescriptions so convenient and quick. I’ve never had a problem with any staff here, they are sweet and knowledgeable. They also fill prescriptions very quickly! I love them!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional environment. Fill at any pharmacy but this one if you want someone that actually cares.

Young Indian lady very unpleasant and unprofessional. I’m a very patient person and I understand we all have a bad day but this young lady was something else. Decided to call the pharmacy after since I couldn’t pick up my prescription. The lady who answered the phone couldn’t find my prescription after I repeatedly gave my name and dob several times even spelled it out. She then places me in hold then comes back and says I’ll transfer you to someone else. What a waste of time. Definitely transferring to another pharmacy.

It's horrible how the person who charges one's name I think it's Autumn I think his nationality is Indus, he's so unfriendly, it's really a pity that such an oh not friendly person has to serve customers

Soray, was the worst service ever. She had me wait a 1 1/2 hr to tell me they didn’t even have the medicine that keeps my daughter from dying of seizures! And she told me she can’t call any Walgreens to check it. And had me sit in the waiting chairs and call all other Walgreens, found one but it closes in 10mins. And then she says oh…. I can’t transfer it Bec it’s a new prescription not a refill. You could have told me that in the 1st place!

I want to preface that this does not apply to the store part, but just the pharmacy portion of this store.

I understand medications are out of stock and the pharmacy may not have control about it - my issue with this pharmacy is that they do not communicate or even check their system before giving an answer. I’ve unfortunately had to refill my prescriptions here and every time it is a battle over pricing, what is being refilled, discount codes - all of it! The hiring manager may need to review their staff and determine how to hire people who want to help others vs giving an answer with no confirmation.

Yesterday at exactly 12: 43 pm, I called to refill a prescription. It was an Indian lady on the phone and I told her which medication I needed refilled and asked when it would be ready. She stated the medication would be available this morning at 8 am. Fast forward to today, I had taken off work for a few hours to pick up my medication as it has been out of stock for weeks and based on my conversation, you would think the lady would check the system. I pull up and first thing this girl says is, it’s out of stock. I did lose my cool a bit and asked why no one would call me and why someone would say it would be ready if it showed out of stock and why wouldn’t anyone call me to inform me of this. All I got was “I don’t know”. Pharmacist jumped on the phone and I told him I understand the medication is out of stock but I don’t appreciate someone on the phone saying it was going to be ready only to waste my morning.

I would not recommend this pharmacy unless you want to be lied to, time wasted waiting in long lines, and staff that acts incompetent to their jobs. Hoping someone from management sees this to clean up this place.

Frisco store thank you! I logged on to Walgreens selected print photos and had 8 pictures ready for me in less than 30 minutes! Awesome service for photo printing for sure! Y’all go check ‘‘em out at Walgreens!

I’ve been on thyroid medication for years- every month it’s a fight with Walgreens to get my prescription correct. They always insist it’s my fault or my doctors fault when they try to sub generic medications that they aren’t even supposed to be giving for that particular prescription. It’s not even the same medication. Guess they just don’t care, so I have to call every month and I get attitude every time.

Had a lovely interaction with Mary in photo and prints. I’m getting a couple posters printed and struggling with the system. Mary was already off and getting ready to go home but she took the time to help me out with THE WHOLE process and chat with me! Thanks so much Mary and thanks for everybody’s hard work.

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens are rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced such a disorganized pharmacy before. So disappointing.

This walgreen's pharmacy is unprofessional, lacks knowledge and empathy, and does not show respect. I have a prescription written for supply of every 3months- I informed Bryan (drive thru) as I was given one month supply again if he could check on why I'm getting my prescription one month at a time. Per Bryan, he stated it was due to my insurance (without looking into the computer to check, etc), I decided to go into the store as I knew the information was incorrect. I asked the pharmacy tech (young indian lady) the same question, and she didn't look she stated the same as Bryan. The pharmacist Daniel informed me with the same answer without checking on "why" i asked Daniel if he could check via the computer, and he checked to inform me my prescription was written for 3 months. " I dont know why this happen" The why is because no one took the time out to run my prescription for what it was written for, I never had any issues with and of my medications until i moved to this Frisco walgreens due to relocating. I have /had trouble with this walgreen's pharmacy with lies, inconsistencies, judgments, unprofessionalism, discrimination, and disregards. This pharmacy needs to have an internal investigation, as the pharmacy does not follow walgreen's mission, nor vision and its sad, hurtful to those who are battling an illness, to have to deal with a pharmacy that discriminates, lies, lazy, unprofessional, lacks knowledge and does not want to do their job! Shame on you Walgreens. All the reviews say the same! The reasons the employees are the way they are is because of leadership and learned behavior.

I went there a few weeks ago. I actually counted 13 people in front of me in line! I could not believe it. And some of the pharmacists have a "cold shoulder" attitude towards the customers. If this keeps happening, time for me to go elsewhere. And do not even bother calling at noon. You will die waiting for someone to answer the phone! HIRE MORE PEOPLE WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE WALGREENS!

Lady at photo did not want to help us, she said she can take photos but can’t cut them. We were at this same location yesterday for the same exact photo, they can cut it. Biased, terrible customer service.

As a doctor/prescriber, I was hanged up the phone by the pharmacist Tenishia when I did not finish prescribing medications for my patients. I recommend to all my patients to go to a different pharmacy.
