This is my favorite Walgreens near me because they carry La Roche-Posay skincare products! I don’t go to Walgreens often but when I do, it tends to be this one. The staff are really friendly as well and one guy has the most amazing eyebrows.

They lost my prescription and then lied about it. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

My dentist called in a prescription for me to this location on the evening of 20 June. She received a call back from the pharmacy regarding the prescription later that evening. My pharmacist texted me that the prescription would be ready for pickup in the morning.
On the morning of 21 June I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription. I was told by the person at the pharmacy counter that the prescription was being processed by the location on S. Fry Road in Katy, and that the initial prescription could not be transferred to the Eldridge park location - only refills could be transferred.
I drove out to Katy and went to the pharmacy. They had no record of the prescription in Walgreens' computer system. When the pharmacist in Katy called the location on Eldridge, the same person I talked to less than 30 minutes earlier told the pharmacist that they had no record of my prescription there. I told the pharmacist that my doctor had contacted the pharmacy on Eldridge and discussed the prescription with the pharmacy department the night before. He said that there was no record in Walgreens' system.
I had to call my dentist and have her call the Katy pharmacy where I was waiting. She was placed on hold for several minutes before being able to talk to the pharmacist. Finally, the pharmacist at the Katy location prepared my prescription and I was able to leave.
In all, I spent almost 2 hours getting my prescription and drove over 30 miles to get my prescription when it should have taken 5 minutes at the Eldridge Parkway location across the street from where I live if they were doing their job properly. This is completely unacceptable! I will now be looking for a new pharmacy to take my business to.

I have gone several times to the pharmacy and every time I have waited over a half hour. Two times they didn’t take my insurance and so I had to go back and get a refund. Definitely need more help in the pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went to pick up some photos I ordered. When I got there I asked if someone could help me in the kiosk area. The employee with her back turned to me said “I’ll be with you when I’m done with this customer”. So after said Customer she then proceeded to ring up another person and then another. So I asked again can someone come help me in the photo department and then she said to me that she has to take care of the 10 people in line before servicing me. I’ve been waiting before they even came into the store.like are you kidding me. I left and will dispute the charge. They can keep it!

Poor customer service. Out of the four to five employees that i actually made eye contact with, two of whom i stood within inches of as i search for an item, not one single employee spoke or offered assistance. I walked up to the manager and let her know that i had items in hand to purchase but i would not be spending my money there since not one of her employees put forth the effort to offer customer service. It was my understanding that at walgreens put customers first. I will not be back to this location! I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere! I would at least expect, especially a manager, to have more courtesy than to simply say okay despite my complaint. Especially considering their current star rating is only two. I'm fortunate enough to be able to have time to write this review and the liberty to spend my money at any one my many retail options, at a more economical price! Also, the ladies room needed attention as well.

Absolutely the worst service you could possibly ask for at a pharmacy. Long lines all of the time, bad customer service, not processing orders correctly. What more can you ask for? !

Pharmacist tech hung up the phone on me while i was asking about my prescription which I really needed. It seems the tech was annoyed and was having a bad day and he lied and said we were out of stock. He seemed very sarcastic, very unprofessional. There was no manager on duty as well to speak to about this situation. Every time I call back he hangs up the phone on me.

First time I go to a store and they tell me that they can’t match their own website’s price. Last time I buy something here. Especially when Walmart sells the same product for less than half the price.

Not that great. I have to complain the District Manager for not issuing the refund. I wanted to return the Glucose Meter and they refused to issue return because it was more than 30 days. Finally I had to call the Walgreens corporate office to solve the issue.

I have been in desperate need of a refill for my son. This pharmacy did not had the refill available. Bryan was so helpful took his time explaining how I can find the medicine elsewhere. It was not as easy as it sounds to get a refill and look for the pharmacy that will maybe have the medicine. Bryan was very nice and helpful and I know that they are extremely busy. Thank you Bryan.

If you need a reliable pharmacist - go elsewhere. The team running this pharmacy are CONSISTENTLY late when filling prescriptions, out of stock, THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHEN IT WILL BE READY, poorly trained about procedures, understaffed and rushed. I'm so sick of it I'm moving over to CVS and I hate CVS.

Worst pharmacy ever. They keep you on hold forever and they have lost my script many times. Not the first time I've has problems with them or walgreens. I have been with them many years, I've decide to move to another pharmacy

I was in the store with my husband, and the cashier was taking too long to correct the last name entered. When I was giving her the right information, she cut me off saying “you are not listening”, when I was part of the conversation. She is very rude and unprofessional.

Coming to the store without going to the pharmacy is fine. They normally have what I’m looking for and the employees are friendly. BUT.the pharmacy NEEDS work. ALWAYS long wait times, employees having to explain drawn out issues to customers (they should really be asking their doctor or nurse), and oftentimes longer than normal wait on medicine if they’re out (ex: birth control). The employees are always nice and considerate but Walgreens need to hire them some more help.

I went to ask for the panini album Fifa World Cup 2018 and the manager (young asian woman) at the photograph department was very unprofessional and condescending. I felt I was bothering them by the one and only fact I was trying to buy a gift for someone. No alternative nor motivation to give me a solution for my request was given.

As for the same cashier asking for ID every day. Yes I see the sticker that says you card under 40. Yes I am under 40 for the next few months still. I do, however, look far past the age of 18. Do you really need to see my ID every time? Nope. And that is just another way Walgreens will continue to lose market share.

I think this store is overwhelmed. My Walgreens was closed and this was the closest one to us. But it is ALWAYS slammed. Never expect a quick turn around on your prescriptions.

Staff is always kind and friendly. They do what they can. But they are maxed to capacity for the area need.

This is not a direct reflection of the staff.it's CRAPPY ADMINISTRATION & understaffing.
WHY DO I HAVE TO STAND IN THE NEVER ENDING LINE AT THE PHARMACY TWO TIMES? Rediculous that you have to stand in line for 15 minutes just to drop off your Rx (yes I have to do this in person with a physical copy EVERY month.on a medication I've taken everyday for nearly 8 years). Then, once filled I have to get back at the end of the line for another 15 minutes just to pay for it. My schedule varies so I typically try and come mid week and mid day and the line is still 5 to 7 ppl deep. You can do the drive through and may only be one or 2 cars deep but the wait is 3 to 4 times per car so no difference timewise. They need to open the drop off window again!

The photo department is the worst at customer service. They accidently didn't process an order I had put in at 11 am and didn't not have it ready when I stopped to pick it up at 5pm! Instead of trying to assist me or help with the situation, the three ladies there first ignored me and then finally said I would just have to wait another hour. A class on customer service and procedures is desperately needed there!
