Drug Store Walgreens reviews
7I go shopping a lot and the cashiers don't give me the receipt and keep the discount coupons, both cashiers.
Worse Walgreens to go to. They are very slow and don’t care about people time. I’m sorry they seem nice but if you’re in a hurry this isn’t the place for you. Horrible slow service
I love going to this Walgreens, they are very friendly, especially the cashier Maritza is very kind and very patient.
The lady that works there doing curbside orders, always has a bad attitude.
Terrible wait times and zero customer service. Went to pick up prescriptions and had two customers in front of me but the girl behind the counter was slow as molasses like she was taking a stroll through Central Park on Sunday. No eye contact with anyone not directly in front of her and mumbled when she did speak. Waited in line for 30 minutes. A ton of employees behind the counter but not one offering to get another register open and avoiding looking at the line stretching. When another employee did come back she zipped in and out. She did notice the line but didn't care enough to help out. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Poor management and disinterested employees. I'm in the customer service sector and this would not be tolerated in my business.
Long lines, outside and inside. The worst wait times in person and on the phone. Ridiculously slow!
Waited 20 minutes In a line of 7 people.
My family, The Furlows have been shopping here & getting pharmacy needs met since they built this location. We've always had good customer service. Peek times can be v-e-r-y busy but the service is worth the wait. When having the honor of caring for mother in her last days, they were kind, didn't roll their eyes as I needed directions regarding giving medicine to mother repeated. They also were aware of I was caring for a parent in hospice and had meds on file so I could be prepared for holidays so mother didn't suffer waiting on life sustaining medicine because Drs office was closed early for holidays. Truly professional. I will be forever grateful for their service.
With gratitude,
Mrs. Laura Furlow - Zingerman
