VERY poor customer service, the “manager” was no better than one of the clerks. The policy that I was given did not align with the prior three stores I had just visited, that gladly matched the price difference and explained the company policy. In this store, the pricing was 1.00 higher, for exact item! Even with a receipt from 15 minutes before From a store down the street.they refused to match the price. I would have given a zero if I could primarily due to the way this was handled.

1) Incorrectly filed with VA, ignoring what we gave them.
2) Said nothing was covered, convincing us our VA benefits had been canceling (causing massive panic attack).
3) Tried to say $70 meds were $300. Then said "its not that much if you have your stimulus check".
4) asked for script commonly available in tablets & capsules (wanted capsules), in tablets only.
5) Ignored requests to cancel order, continually either putting us on hold or repeatedly "verifying" info when requesting to cancel - bear in mind this is because the Phamacy makes money off our order.
6) attempting to transfer script to HEB as they have been a DREAM about helping us - even HEB was familiar with their reputation and said it might take a little longer than usual to fill the order as this Walgreens tends to jerk them around too.

Planning to contact corporate and the BBB.

Great store. Some managers are a bit rude, but cashiers are always nice. They have what you would expect a standard Walgreens to have. Other customers can be quite snotty. It is The Woodlands.

I will never return to this location or really any Walgreens if I can help it. Diem is terrible at customer service.

Diem was disrespectful and her supervisor LaToya wasn’t much better. When asked to speak to her supervisor Diem hung up on me rather than admit to her superiors that she was being rude to the customers.

Avoid this pharmacy by all means necessary! They are very unoraganized and unprofessional. Picking up medication should be quick and hassle free. This is not the case here!

Worst pharmacy around. They are incredibly unorganized and have zero customer service skills. You can be the only one in line at the pharmacy and you will still wait because they are always behind. Unless you need a 24 hour pharmacy they CVS is a much better option.

Poor customer service. I ordered two 20 x 30 prints and received one that was completely oversized and one that was a 20x20. No apology was given. They simply said they don’t know why it was like that. The manager saw me discussing my issue and even saw my incorrect print and had nothing to say about it. Not worth the money, and won’t be using them again for prints.

I come here all the time because it’s 24 hours and close to my house. Unfortunately, I just had the worst encounter with an employee named DEBBIE. I was excited to get something on Valentine’s Day sale that my husband would love since we weren’t able to celebrate on the 14th. It was perfect, and 50% off! When I took it to the register, she was very rude and short in telling me that it must be in the wrong spot because it’s an Easter item. When I went over to look, it was under the Valentine’s section with a tag! Talk about false advertising? She couldn’t even be bothered to be polite about it. Will be leaving another survey through their receipt and calling corporate in the morning. Completely inappropriate!

4 hrs later after the prescription was sent over we went there in person. They said that an addition 30-40 mins it takes to have it ready. After complaining they picked it up from the back and have it to us in 5 mins.it takes forever to pick up a medicine (only to add water to the powder) Too bad that it's the only 24/7 pharmacy nearby.

Constantly lose my prescription refills. Takes FOREVER to get prescriptions even if they are ready. Even if you come at 3 am to not have to wait 2 hours you will STILL be waiting. I have hated changing pharmacies thinking it would be more "convenient" because it was 24 hour. WRONG!
Now my scripts are lost again and I am SOL till I can get a DR app.

PHARMACY IS ALWAYS SLOW! NOT FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. E. G. MY DOCTOR CALLED IN A PRESCRIPTION AT 9AM AND AT 3PM THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE. THE NEXT DAY AT 1PM, THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE ORDER BUT THEIR 'SYSTEM' SAID IT WAS STILL BEING PROCESSED. I TRIED TO GET ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BUT WENT INTO THEIR QUEUE AND WAS NEVER ANSWERED.

Awful. People don't know how to process prescriptions, say they haven't received them from the doctors when they've been sent several times, the list goes on and on. The wait times for the drive through and inside window are ridiculous.

Finally going to change pharmacies, I see others are doing likewise.

Last night, I picked up my test strips from the Walgreens pharmacy. When I got home, I realized that they were not my normal test strips: they were Contour strips. I’ve always gotten the Contour Next test strips. When I attempted to return them this morning, they stated that I was unable to return them until between 8-4 tomorrow. I’m unable to get to pharmacy during that time; i work. I have 1 test strip left. The assistant also stated that that the Contour next was not the strip on file. I've been utilizing Walgreens pharmacy for 2 years, and have always gotten Countour Next test strips, not Contour, but the assistant was adamant that I was incorrect. I should note, she is the one that filled the prescription incorrectly last night.

Worst customer experience at a pharmacy, maybe worst ever customer experience, period! Very rude staff (not the pharmacist) who assisted me at 10: 00 am at 3061 College Park Dr, Conroe, TX 77384 Walgreens pharmacy today. She was tan, overweight, brunette, with blue glasses. She was very rude, rolled her eyes incessantly, did not smile or greet me, and displayed a strong attitude. When I attempted to return an incorrect prescription, she stated that it was correct and implied that I was in the wrong. I've been frequenting this pharmacy for 2 years, and have always gotten the same prescriptions filled! Her attitude was unprofessional and I'm surprised that Walgreens would allow staff to treat its loyal customers in such a rude manner.

Went there to buy 2 items. At the register the cashier, an older African American man, basically scolded me for trying to scan my CVS card. He told me in an angry and rude manner "look at the card, you can see its red, that means its not our card! " UMM RUDE! And FYI the "WALGREENS" letters are written in RED.

Cashier Adrianna (short dark hair, 6', heavier set) tonight was rude in explaining how to use a reward we wanted to cash in on, and then attitude in tone and eyes when insisting I show my ID for my boyfriends purchase of cigarettes. When I told her no one in the store of all my visits ever asked for my ID when I'm not the one buying cigarettes, that's when the attitude came on full force.

The pharmacy is literally the slowest experience I've ever dealt with. As I type this, I've been waiting in line for 20 minutes and still have yet to be acknowledged. My sick child is in the back seat and needs medication. Is it really that hard to acknowledge the customers that are sitting there in front of the speaker?

Get your stuff together Walgreens, this is a joke.

Worst service ever. 4 trips for one prescription. Why do they get your phone number when they don't bother to call you for problems they just wait for you to waste your time picking it up!
