Walgreens, Katy TX

Well, I read lots of bad reviews about customer service. I must say I had a good experience in the past 4 times I’ve come. The lady at the cashier was even flexible to let me try other methods to get my rewards card to work. The only star I take off is bc their shelves aren’t as good as other Walgreens I’ve been in. There were already a few items I was looking for but they were not there.

Overpriced. Pharmacist would not take GoodRx and insisted I had insurance on file regardless of the fact I do not currently have healthcare and have paid out of pocket at this same location for almost a year now. After involving the manager Darwin I was able to use my card and receive my medication for the typical price I pay. He also expressed to me I was the second person within the past twenty minutes to complain about the staff at the pharmacy not doing their job accurately.

Staff is extremely lazy and incompetent, avoid this pharmacy if possible. Some clerks are very helpful but from my experience with the two middle aged Nigerian women working front desk within the pharmacy, staff is in need of retraining or need to be replaced entirely.

Can you tell your Walgreen's pharmacy workers to allow us to enter our phone numbers for balance rewards when picking up in person and when going through the drive through to input the number on file at check out so we can get our rewards points?

Twice this week I have not received my points for pharmacy pick up. When I asked the lady that checked me out to provide me with the RFN number because the receipt was not legible she said that is how their receipts print because of low ink. I told her that she did not even inquire about me putting in my number just ran the medication through and she said I could go look for a manager if I wanted to assist me but she did not have access to the RFN.

She did not even offer to call the manager for me and I could not find one available in the store. Twice this week the same lady failed to allow me to enter my number for the points, once in person and the other through the drive through. Both receipts are not legible for me to go online and try to retrieve my points and I refuse to call the customer services number like I normally do because they are just as useless as the store staff. The times I have called they tell me the system is down for point entry and ask me to call back.

I do not have time to call back and be on hold or run around the store looking for managers instead of bringing one to me to assist.

I pick up medications as this location for 4 members of my family.

The employee working at night shift is lieing to me about how many items I can buy (They said the store manager told them to limit 2 for each item).
I met the manager Paul the day after and he said I can buy how many I want even he can order more for me. He is really friendly and nice person!

Pretty bad service at the pharmacy no help at all because I was Hispanic I couldn't get some discount on my medication and they charged me a lot that's not fair at all not good people

There is one lady she told me we cannot make your medicine because we close at 9 o’clock and my wife she’s waiting from 8 o’clock I think this is a joke my kids was sick and sitting inside the car and doing vomiting what kind of life it is I wanna kill myself

Pulled up to buy a cigar tonight, and the chick comes out and tries to get in my car. Sped out of there as fast as I could. Nice clientele.not.

I sat in the pharmacy lane for 33 mins and only one car left with 3 more in front of me. I wasn’t paying attention at first because I was on the phone. By the time I noticed time passing I just left, then I called up there to see if they still had my prescription days later and they said they never had one to begin. They are extremely unorganized and need more staff. I am currently sitting in this line to pick up my daughter seizure medicine and not one car has yet pulled off it’s been about 15 mins. I try to send my stuff to Fry but this one always gets it. I hate this Walgreens -100 stars

If i could give 0 stars i would. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Expect the wait to be at least 30 mins. Wait staff very unprofessional and rude! Never going back there again.

This walgreens is horrible. Worst walgreens pharmacy I've ever been too. My prescriptions are messed CONSTANTLY and rarely ever ready on time. I've had to come 3 or 4 times for the same prescription trying to pick it up and each time it wasn't ready even though it was days after they said it would be. Always excuses and they never relay information properly. I have finally picked up my last prescription there and will be going out of my way to use a different walgreens.

Staff is pleasant and easy parking.never made any errors on meds. Wait never too long. No complaints at this Pharm.

No help at all. They ask for a valid id, give them one and they do not take it? It IS a valid ID.ridicilous. I have a sick kid, and they don't care about anything other than $$$.

Worst ever! Perscription for a child can't be filled till next day and got no call, no notification, no anything. They act like it's no big deal.never ever choose this wallgreens. Oh and I heard them talking crap about a customer.how inappropriate and unprofessional. So sad I am FORCED to rate this pharmacy a 1 star. No zero allowed.lmfao.

Says the Pharm is open until midnight. NOT TRUE! I dropped my script thinking I'd be able to pick it up same day but I went back at 6pm and they were closed. Young lady in pharm was very unprofessional when I dropped off my script.

I truly HATE this Location with all that is within me. Twice now they have partially filled my medicine and not order the rest until I had to fuss with them. The young lady that answers the phone is beyond unprofessional. Then when you speak to someone else, all they do is blame someone else for why things aren't done. This is just sad. If I was you I would stay far from this location at all cost.

This is the worst Walgreen's pharmacy I have ever encountered. They are obviously understaffed. Over the past 2 months I have been here at least a dozen times and every one has had some type of issue. They range from consistently not having enough medication to waiting in the drive through line for over an hour with the cashier telling me "it will just be another moment, she's working on it". I have complained to corporate and they really need to do something about this location.

This is the worst Walgreens EVER! They don't have the prescription that I put in and because I couldn't remember the exact date I put it in, they were unable to find it. I have had multiple problems with this same location. I will not be using them again.

Holy smokes.they obviously don't check these reviews so not like this will matter. However, for a pharmacy they have the nastiest restroom I have ever seen in my life. Think of the nastiest gas station out there and this place beats it. I never write or review, but couldn't help this time. Wouldn't you think that for a pharmacy store they would be pretty damn clean? I will not be returning.

For some reason this pharmacy CAN'T order prescriptions that they dont have but any other Walgreens can. Prescriptions that they do have in stock, those are NEVER ready at the time they tell you to come back. So it take a few trips to get your rx or go inside and wait an hour for it.
