Drug Store Walgreens reviews
17Pharmacy told us to pull around again In a couple minutes to pick up prescription, pull around to see it was closed. Like really? Instead of just saying to come back tomorrow or just having us wait at the window while they filled it, they lied so they could get off the clock. How big of a pos do you have to be to do that.
Their website needs to stay updated during these times concerning the covid 19 virus. When I got there they did not have no disposable gloves and their website said they did. I was very disappointed.
This store does not clean its bathrooms. Nasty filthy. Cleaning products visible but clearly no priority to provide a clean environment for customers.
I liked this place when it was a 24 hour pharmacy and the staff is generally pretty nice. But I waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes today. They recently converted their drop off only lane to a second drive through lane and cars just kept going around me to use it. 3 cars that came in after me were serviced and gone by the time I finally got to the window, while my sick child waited at home.
On a side note they also have a lot of prices marked wrong in the store. I bought dog treats 2/$14 and they rang up $7.50 each so I actually paid $15 before tax. Last time it was chocolate bars, 2/$5 but they charged $6. I realize it’s only $1 both times, but when it’s every time you go in it feels like a scam.
I have been here a few times lately. This is the worst place. They are so very slow and can't seem to get the prescription filled without losing them for a day or two first.
Staff was super courteous and management went above and beyond in assisting me with a fedex dilemma.
There’s this cashier there who frequently goes out of her way to make my visit the slowest, worst waste of my time. Prices are high.
These guys have been awesome. Superior communication and top-of-the line customer service with package handling. I've been picking up my packages via their FedEx service and they have been 100% helpful every time.
Thanks y'all!
I placed an online order to ship to this store from the Walgreens website. On the website it gives you the option to put a designated pick up person, so I put my husbands name down. When we went to pick up the order my husband is denied signing for the package because “the person who placed the order needs to be the one to come pick it up. ” Well my husband shows them the email from Walgreens that clearly states that he is the designated pick up person. The short skinny older black lady with glasses tells my husband that “it’s Walgreens policy” and he cannot pick up the package. He then tells her this is an email directly from Walgreens and it says that he can. Finally they come to their senses and let him pick up my package. This Walgreens always gives me problems. They always want to make up their own rules and throw the word “policy” around like it’s supposed to scare someone. They all need to be retrained. Before even getting the package the lady didn’t even know you could ship to store. So if she didn’t know that she probably doesn’t even know her own policy.
My daughter needed a antibiotic prescription on a Sunday, and their systems were down. They wanted to charge her full price, they then sent her to CVS which does not accept BC/BS. This store needs to be shuddered. Not a surprise as I've come to see with their rating. We had to pay full price, even though our BC/BS card is on file. They could have taken her information and ran the insurance when their system came back online. FAIL - CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. They are absolutely HORRIBLE! I’ve never had this many issues picking up prescriptions at a pharmacy in my life. Definitely will not be coming back.
Continuously dropping the ball. It's frustrating that my insurance dropped cvs and now I'm dealing with this sorry pharmacy. #shopping4anewpgarmacy: - (
My 2 year old daughter has strep and flu, so waiting in the pharmacy drive through for AN HOUR AND A HALF for her medication was the worst experience I've ever had. I called the store several times, and when someone finally answered, she said she would see if the pharmacist needed help? I will never go to this wallgreens location again. Terrible customer service. There was only 2 cars in drive through. They weren't busy.
Possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Besides waiting 30 min to see someone they have lost a prescription of mine before.
Went to get some stuff for my face since it's breaking out. I was looking around confused since I've never had to use acne treatments. Tonya from cosmetics came to my aid and provided all sorts of tips and options. She was very informative and made me feel at ease and not embarrassed about my condition. She was very informative and even gave me some complementary face mask that I could use. Great Job Tonya!
Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The minimum amount of time I have waited there was half and hour and I was first in line. They either do not have enough staff or they work real slow
Dear customer base, switch your prescription to another pharmacy, please. Dear management of pharmacy staffing, you are terrible. Is the overpriced script worth waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for? No. Do some thing to remediate this or lose business. I refuse to use this pharmacy.
