Bar far one of the most unhelpful pharmacies I've dealt with. I've been using CVS for most of my life as a type 1 diabetic. This store has been dealing with my prescriptions for a year and they still cannot notify me of refills, even though I ask and give them my number every month. The drive through is never fully open. The staff aren't welcoming if you have questions or want to know if there's another department that can help me. The wait time on the phone is so long that I can never get through. Overall terrible service no matter how nice I am.

Darlene was very helpful on Saturday and her customer service was unmatched. She was knowledgeable about the products and was willing to go above an beyond. I am grateful for the short time in the store with a person who I felt like cared about me and what I needed.

The pharmacy department lacks total customer service skills. They are young and need to practice the basics. May I help you? Be right with you. How can I help you?

I hear the phone ringing and the pharmacy techs didn't answer the phone and they stare at their computer screens, not acknowledging the people in line or on the phone. I'm sure they know how to fill the medications and do their jobs well. But how about consideration to customers needs even when you busy. Walgreens needs more staff members working to help with customer demand especially when it's busy. The next time I get a prescription filled I'm going to Walmart first only if they don't have my meds will I go to Walgreens.

This is the WORST pharmacy! They are rude the pharmacy techs hangs up in your face and blame it on the system. They complain about being short staffed but I wonder why.

Call to check on my prescriptions at the pharmacist the first time in the pharmacy hung up on me after answering the phone second time called in the pharmacist got an attitude when I try to find out why they hung up

I have lived in Lancaster for 4 years and this walgreens has always been incredibly slow - it has gotten even worse in the last several months. (The CVS is just as bad!) The wait is always, at least, 25-30 minutes. Avoid.

Dropped my rx off March 5 called back 3 days later the text kept hanging up on me, I called back asked for the pharmacist who said she lost my prescription! They all need to be fired!

The person I talked to was a little judgemental specially when I was ordering my medicine for my asthma they don't have to live with the condition but they don't have to be judgmental about it

They don't even deserve the 1 star! Worst customer service ever, they are rude and very disrespectful. They don't put your prescription in and if there is more than one medication on the prescription they only enter the first one they see and than tell you the doctor never submitted the other medication, which is obviously a lie. They don't ever call you to tell you your prescription is ready or to let you know that they don't have it available. If like all that wasn't enough they make fun of the customer's picking up their prescription or talk negative about customers waiting around. Do not waste your time here or your money.

This pharmacy is the WORST! They have poor customer service and don’t seem to care at all about their customers! I don’t understand carelessness from this store considering CVS is right across the street! From picking up the phone and hanging up in your face while trying to refill to just not putting in the prescription.it’s horrible! They are losing a loyal customer and don’t deserve the 1 star I was forced to give.

Walgreens is the worst. Drs agree. If you don't need blood pressure meds before you go to Walgreens you will need them after due to stress levels at this Walgreens and they have you wait for an hour, two hours or come back 5 hours later to have to wait another hour. Every single month and 2 locations I changed to a 24 hour and it was even worse.

They don't even deserve 1 star to be honest. EVERY single visit it never fails, something is an issue for them. This last time I went to drop off a prescription and the lady said the date "looked" altered and would have to call it in (it was Sunday) so she wouldn't know anything until Monday. The script I was turning in was the same one they have been getting for my child for the last year but now its a problem. I asked for my prescription back and went to CVS, they filled it with NO problem! Not to mention their wait for drive thru and inside is at least 30 mins long every time you go! Do yourself a favor and avoid them.

I went here to buy my vitamins and the manager Naomi was watching me like a hawk the entire time, on top of that there was only 1 vitamin left on the shelf. On top of that I had to wait for the cash register to warm up and on top of that she was awkwardly standing behind me while I was paying for my vitamins and making me feel very uncomfortable. I will be buying my $12.99 vitamins at CVS for now on.

Ordered a canvas print through the app and received a confirmation email that the order was being processed with the pick up time. Pick up time comes I call to ask if it's ready and guess what. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED ON IT! Their response.we don't even know if we have the canvas? Hello, that would have been nice to know before I waited the whole time for them to make the order. Pathetic! Don't waste your time.

Don't trust this pharmacy with your medication. They did not have the decency to call and let me know my prescription was not in stock until I showed up to pick it up. I request to get my prescription back and waited 10mins to just to get my paper back. While i was waiting, i over heard another customer complaining about them not having his meds ready after his Dr called and they told him it was ready for pick up. Terrible service!
