Walgreens, Houston TX

Great location, just in the corner of Bingle and Long point. The pharmacy there is awesome, staff is friendly and welcoming! Francis is really kind and has great customer service! Place is organized and clean! Keep up the great work Walgreens on long point

DO NOT use this pharmacy if you want a professional pharmacist filling your prescriptions. Very rude and unprofessional. Walgreens I expected better. I will not shop here again.

Used to be such a good location. Recently there is a lady up front name Maite who is extremely rude and seems to not care about her job. Every time I enter my number 2 names pop up mine and a complete different person. So I asked if I had any points I could redeem and without even looking at the computer screen she said NO! I explained to her the situation with the phone number and she rudely told me to put my number again, I showed her which one was my account and she rolled her eyes and said I had points to redeem. Seriously it’s part of your job to ask. I understand if I would have yelled or have been rude to her but that was not the case. She always seems to be in a bad mood unless she’s at the counter talking with other employees.

We went there for a few pictures and talked to the manager because the fotos didnt come out right and they said they couldnt do anything about it. This isnt the first time something like this happens.

Every Month I go to pick my medicine up theres a problem with them not filling all my meds. It never fells

Completely RUDE management! My sister and I went there on 2/13/2018. They had a banner that said buy 2 items and get the third free. So, after shopping for what I needed I went to pay. I paid FULL price for all three items. After I told the cashier (she was very nice). She called the manager. Her name is CRYSTAL. She told me that she had no idea what I was talking about since that sale ended on the 10th of February. Three days ago. She said she hasnt seen those banners up so she doesn't know what I am talking about and walked away, not even ending the conversation. After I waited for her to comeback, the coward called the cashier and told her that she doesn't know what I am talking about. She was too busy letting her friend in to their office are to care about what was going on outside. I told the cashier to tell her to come and talk to me. She came back and all she kept doing was roll her eyes like an idiot. I kept telling her that how can I make a sale up? I also asked her, "so you don't notice you have a banner that expired three days ago? Are you calling me a liar? " She then walked away without even ending the conversation, and I told her "what, you end a conversation without any notice? " She told me to call the manager from the morning. She is a terrible human being for treating people that way. I don't even care about the money, now I just want her to get reprimanded for that BS attitude she seems to have. What an idiot!

The store staff are friendly, but I called the pharmacy and someone picked up the phone, just to immediately hang up on me!
This location used to be open for 24 hours, but has recently changed the hours of operation.

Y'all should really be more amused about your job if you not just quit lol honestly because your just disappointing to other customers js

Great pharmacist called me back to help explain how Walmart messed up their transfer. Very progressional & I don't usually take the time to write good reviews!

Close to home. A big plus. No longer 24 hrs is due to the fact they was robbed too many times after 12. This sucks but i think its for the best. But i still love. Good friendly ppl willingly to help. They know who i am and i know them. A very close community.

The service was awful. I ordered a set of collage posters for my sons birthday and the time the posters were suppose to be ready was 9 am. I walk in at 11: 30. No posters ready and the girl was giving me excuses that the other people didn't check. That they didn't receive a notification. They are at the counter chit chatting when I walk in and my order was not ready. This is so upsetting and I cannot believe how they handled it.

No longer 24 hr and nowhere else is open. Wish they would open at 6 AM. The 2 convenience stores around Walgreen's are open earlier and they have customers who stop in early.
