Every single time I’ve gone to this location to pick up photo orders, orders I have previously fulfilled online because apparently they no longer allow you to use the computer to place an order if you don’t bring your own cable Or drive, they don’t have them ready. They make them ready WHEN I get there. The last two times I needed the biggest posters printed out, I even went hours later after the email confirmation that my order was ready at this time and THEY STILL DIDNT have it ready. I get there and it takes like 3 people to even find the order to later just tell me “oh let me add the poster paper to print. ” Don’t come here for anything.

The pharmacy is as useless as all the other reviews say they are. Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Such an inconsiderate pharmacy staff - unfriendly, impersonal and dismissive. Miss my old Walgreens!

Terrible! I was in the third car and last one at the Drive-through before 1: 30 pm today Saturday April 11,2020. And a very rude girl though me at the window the sign of CLOSE!

REALLY GIRL!? That is the way you show to our community how respectful you are about our health!? You at least could spend few minutes to look for my prescription and the whole process!

Worst pharmacy ever! I really wish I could get the name of the Tech that was on tonight, but she was rude and dismissive of the questions asked by the cashier and myself I wasn't able to see it. But its typically of this location.

The customer service in the pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They are so rude and unprofessional. When you ask anyone behind the counter a question they seem very irritated. I will definitely be switching pharmacies very soon:

Been shopping here for over 10 yrs and I love buying my stuff here when I'm in a rush, the line moves pretty quickly and the employees are really friendly.

Good store to quick stop. It's pretty clean. I like the staff here, too. Good people to know. I come here alot to pick up pictures. They're always fast & efficient with my orders. Stop by and check the store out.

Worst experience ever - was trying to move prescription to this pharmacy and manager was disrespectful.

Rude, dismissive pharmacy department who act like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. Ridiculous.

Their pharmacy is not 24 hours no more. The store itself is open 24 hours but not the pharmacy.

My husband went to get Texas Renaissance Faire tickets and the gave him some tickets for Christmas lights. We came back and they couldn't figure out how to print the tickets we needed and asked us to come back. We were on our way there, we can't come back and it's an hour away. My husband got a refund, but they short changed him by $4.not happy.

Poor customer service. Pharmacist is very rude. She must really hate life. They take so long. When we live in a service based society there is no room for attitudes like hers. So slow!

I just got out of the hospital today and I forgot Which medicines to take together So I just spoke to the pharmacist here and she didn't even have time to Help me she Said that's why they gave to take I Sorry that my review is negative, I guess I should have until In the morning and called the Walgreens I normally use. The pharmacy at this location is absolutely HORRIBLE. Even the MANAGER is rude. I spoke with the District Manager over a month ago and he has not followed up with me. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and down right UGLY. If you do not like what you do, leave!

I had a great experience at the drive-through window. The pharmacist was friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. Now that I have moved to this neighborhood I will be returning to this Walgreens for all my needs, especially since it is 24 hours and I have 3 kids who sometimes have emergency needs at night.

I arrived here less than 10 minutes after leaving my doctor. They were bagging my prescription even before I got there. They finished up in very short order and I went on my way. I actually got the automated call telling me that my prescription is ready while I was walking toward the door with prescription in hand. Very courteous and fast.

Long waits at times. It's only reasonable to shop vitamins and supplements here if you have a balance rewards card and catch those buy one get one free deals.
